Went to the drive thru to get a burrito "fresco" styled and the lady had a tone when telling that they no longer have a "fresco" button and that they would have to charge us more, load and behold when you go inside it's no problem. Go back to the drive thru, tries to pull the same thing and all of a sudden the fresco button is there. It's just funny hope they aren't just trying to charge people extra.Vegetarian options: Need more options.

This place should remove the taco bell sign and hang a circus sign in its place because nothing but clowns work here. Make a simple order and it is to hard for them to get it right. This place will charge you for food through the drive thru and not put half the order items in the bad. This place scams people trough the drive thru. Check to make sure your order is complete before driving off!

This particular Taco Bell always has burritos folded so short. I don't know if it's the shift difference or what. Does not listen to customers request when requiring something off of their food, will put it on anyway. Recommend townson or somewhere else for taco bell.

Kinda gross as far as freshness. Tortillas were left out and open too long because they were dry and crumbly on our burritos. Burritos were under-stuffed and all the filling was on one side. Bathrooms smelled like stale pee. Ordered dine-in but the whole family's food came out stuffed into a small bag. This location used to be okay but it's a no-go for me now.
