Multiple tables walked out due to lack of service. (no refills, still waiting on food after 45min and we sat down an hour or so BEFORE church let out). it was not busy. Waited on food for well over 45 min and we didn't even get refills. Manager was brought out twice and did nothing to help. people walked out without paying but i dont blame them! Pure laziness, waitresses were nice, but oblivious.

The service was great, the staff exceptional, and the food spot on. I skipped the traditional breakfast fare the chain is known for, opted for a Cobb salad instead, and I'm really glad I did. The Prime Rib Cobb Salad offered a nice twist on the classic rabbit bowl. The perfectly cooked warmth of the rib meat paired with the cold and crisp veggies made for the ultimate late lunch mid shopping day. I opted for the classic bleu cheese dressing and it turned out to be the metaphorical cherry on top. Doubt it was, but it tasted homemade. The dish was just dense enough; not too heavy, not too light, but just enough to keep me fueled for the next few hours. Also, the portion size blew me away! I NEVER bring home a doggy bag, but the size of this salad had me begging for a takeout box. The whole place was quiet. Not so quiet that I could hear my own thoughts, but no loud noises either. No whining kids, no yells coming from the kitchen, no waitresses trying to hard for a tip. No "honeys" or "darlings" or "sweeties". The tables spotless, the floor cleaned, the dishes spotless...the dining area was as clean as it was calm. Couldn't have asked for a better atmosphere to unwind and enjoy some really good home cooked food. I rated four out of five stars ONLY because the bill was a little higher than I expected for my family of four and our glasses went unfilled a tad longer than expected. Otherwise, great place to dine with the family. There's something for everyone, even the pickiest of eaters, the place is clean and well kept, and the staff are exceptional at service and their people skills. Will definitely go again!

Our waitress, Leslie, was amazing. The bourbon bacon burger was phenomenal, and the family said the cinnamon roll pancakes were “bus” (that means “really, really good”, I think).

The nighttime experience is wonderful. The manager always makes sure we get good service! Food we ordered was good and cooked well! Donna is very diligent and makes sure we get all that we order. It's sad that she has to handle so much between in person orders and door dashes though, I wish corporate would do something about that to help her out.

I went around two weeks ago, my server was this older blonde lady named Donna. The food was great but I wouldn't go back if they hire and keep employees who are rude to customers and other coworkers. I repeatedly asked for extra ranch for my salad. She continued to make snarky remarks to me. She told me salad isn't healthy with that much ranch and it looked lIke I needed to lose weight and she was just helping me out. I never received my ranch. I only received two refills on my water. My cup sat empty the majority of my meal. I drink a lot of water do to a health condition. During my meal I had to listen to her bitch at everyone. That isn't the type of atmosphere I want to eat in. I feel bad for her coworkers. When I asked to speak to the manager she said "maybe I would help you if you tipped better" then walked off. she was the only server that night. I think I'll be taking my business to village inn down the road. I've never had an issue there. My first time ant Dennys was terrible.

I paid 20 dollars for the giddy up combo only to find my sandwich had very little meat on it, no bbq sauce instead I was given a serving of ketchup in a small serving cup and the sandwich was so tough, bread also that I couldn't chew it!

Went to Denny’s with my 9 year old son today. We were seated immediately and the girl offered my son some hot chocolate which was perfect bc it was raining and cold! Then our waiter, Tony was awesome! He checked in on us often and kept us informed on our order status. He was funny and professional. The food was perfect and delicious! It’s so hard to get that kind of service nowadays. Your team at the Fort Smith location has got it figured out! 5 stars!
