Would have loved to try their locally brewed beer. Two (of five) taps were "tapped out". After waiting at an untended bar for 15 min. we got noticed leaving and we're asked what we wanted. "An attentive bar tender" I got the stink eye. The place was less then 1/2 full!! I'm all fairness it was a Sunday night and the woke won't show up for work these days. Disappointed. I'll try again when in Ft. Smith next time. Hopefully they will have a bartender that makes eye contact and tells you it will be a little while. Or something like that.

To be fair our Christmas party was around 25 people. Was a little slow at first but the server adjusted well and did a good job. Food was good. atmosphere was good. We stayed later than close but were not rushed out. Overall good experience.

We had an 8pm reservation but arrived a little early. There was 1 table seated in the dining room and a large birthday party happening when we arrived. We waited for at least 15 minutes before being greeted, meanwhile a couple who arrived after us was greeted quickly. The couple who arrived after us also received bread, salad, drinks, prior to us. We ordered and it took almost an hour for our food to arrive to the table. Everything was a waiting game. We received no bread and it wasn't even mentioned, however upon us asking we were told it was baking. The couple sat after us got bread for their table. Our waitress didn't seem busy but would disappear for a long time, meanwhile we watched the waiter handling the table next to us be very attentive to his table.FINALLY we got our food and bread and our waitress disappeared again. She didn't even check to see if we were satisfied with the food. A manager came by as we were finishing our meal and we expressed our complaints to which he quickly offered dessert on him. He leaves and we are waiting on our check....Another waiter sees us sitting and asks if we need boxes and gladly brings them to us. Five minutes later our waitress returns and says our dessert is being prepared to go. We wait (this seems to be the common theme) and she returns with our check. She then returns with our desserts and then leaves to run our check, which takes an incredibly long time. During this time we realize the complimentary brownies we had been waiting on were COLD! If we are waiting for food to be prepared, wether we are eating there or not, the expectation is for warm food. The last straw was that I covered the check for the bride-to-be and upon returning our check to us she hands my card to the person who didn't pay and didn't collect it from. Upon correction she didn't seem to care that the action was incredibly rude (she already had forgotten my order, was I invisible to her?). One would think the proper etiquette would be to ask who the owner of the card was versus just handing it to anyone. This was our first time at this restaurant and we won't be returning, service was HORRIBLE and food was JUST okay. At $75 for 2 dinners I expect to be served promptly and attended to... At the very least I expect an experience for $75. I would have gotten better service at the local Chili's and you will to. Spend your dollars elsewhere where the food will be great AND the service!

My review is based only on the one visit that I recently had to Rialto, but I felt that I needed to review it because this was such an enjoyable experience. My friend and her husband treated us to Rialto. First off, the atmosphere was gorgeous! We sat in like a little sunroom nook. Very nice! My friend had the spinach stuffed Ravioli. Our husbands had the spaghetti and meatballs. And I had the blackened chicken Alfredo. There were no complaints across the table! EVERYTHING was excellent! Even the Caesar salad was fresh and crisp. A real perk was when I ordered Pinot Grigio and they didn't carry the one I normally drink. So I went with the Eco Domain that they do carry. That was the first time I'd tried Eco Domain and now that is my go-to Pinot Grigio. So the introduction to that at Rialto was a great idea! If you want some really good, even great, Italian food, Rialto Restaurant is a good, even great, choice! We will eat there again.

The Rialto had advertised for Wednesday night Ladies Nights. So, a couple of girlfriends and I decided to go for a fun night of drinks and food.We were shocked to find that Ladies Night was kind of dull and not a lot of ladies had decided to come out. We were not spoken to for the first 10 minutes after being seated at our table.Once we finally were tended to, we ordered drinks that took another 15-20 minutes to get to our table. We were also informed that the regular bartender was not there and the one filling in was unable to make a drink we ordered from the menu because he didn't know how.I won't even mention how long it took for the appetizer to reach our table. But moving on...After being seated at the restaurant for well over and hour, the waitress decided it was time to ask us if we'd like to order our food. We ordered.I personally ordered the fillet, medium rare. The food came out quicker than the appetizer. The presentation was adequate. However, upon cutting my steak. It was overcooked. Medium. All flavors were fine and good. But I do not think I will be returning unless it is for an event I am invited to and have no say as to the restaurant choice. All in all, very slow service, average and inconsistent drinks, fine food, but overpriced for what you get.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian and vegan optionDietary restrictions: They have many gluten free options

Decided to give it. Go and glad we did, the reviews and pics on trip advisor reflect specials at different times / seasons. Don’t think you can order something from the pics on review sites because specials come and go, they do have excellent food so I’m sure you can find something to your liking. We tried the crab cake with shrimp in cream sauce with artichoke and was impressed, loved it. Also tried the fried deviled eggs with shrimp and some sort of yogurt sauce I believe, it was good but nothing special. Also had a glass of wine which was very good, a red sweet. For entrees we both had shrimp and grits with asparagus and would definitely recommend. For dessert we tried the turtle cheesecake and the crème brûlée and both were fantastic.

One of the finest dining restaurants in fort smith.. their menu is limited but the quality of food is worth appreciating.. Also to mention they have an amazing collection of wines.. The waiters are well knowledgeable about the dishes they serve and happily answer all the questionsKid-friendliness: They provide a high chair and have a kids menuParking: There is amole parking space available in the frontWheelchair accessibility: There is a wheel chair accessible parking, a ramp to enter the restaurant and also the door is wide enough, i can say ADA compliant for wheelchair access

One of our top favorites in Fort Smith. The specials are always delicious and different. The drinks are great. Staff is always very helpful. Prices are extremely reasonable. We have not once been disappointed.

First off, the good things. The steak was amazing and perfectly cooked (ordered medium rare). Prices are reasonable. While we were there, Vincent came out and sang to a neighboring table. The restaurant is smaller and has an intimate feeling. We'll definitely return and try more of the menu. The not so good things. Food presentation isn't the best - why packaged butter when herbed butter (tasted non-herbed) is served in a small dish? Servers and front of house need to be trained better. While we were eating, other customers food was placed on our table while they were being served, Butler trays for neighboring tables were placed directly by ours while the other customers were being served, and our dining plates were removed from the table without asking if we were finished with them (we were still eating our salads). Also, the bus boys were spraying a heavy scented cleaner on the adjacent tables, which were recently emptied, and cleaner overspray flew over to our table, on our food, and choked up my wife. When she asked the man to stop or not spray so close to us, he shrugged and continued spraying and cleaning. There are better ways to clean tables with customers nearby.

Food was great, once we actually got it. The server didn’t come by for about 15 minutes for our drinks and apps. Both were wrong. Same with our meal, did not get what we ordered and our server seemed like she didn’t want to serve us. Hopefully the next time we come back the service is better, but I felt very uncomfortable and forgotten about the whole time.

We had a late evening dinner and the restaurant is located right by the river and views were stunning. Very elegantly decorated venue with modern chic look. Our reservation was honored well with a lovely welcome experience and Chef personally came to welcome us and surprised us with Amuse Bouche. We ordered Pizza and a really nice Sardinian Red wine and they both complemented well and delicious. pizza was out of this world. We asked Chef to prepare something special and he surprised us with special signature dish however it was too large for us and we were so full that we could not finish. Overall the dinner and service experience was very good and we will certainly go back to enjoy a Pizza.

Vincent was the BEST server! We never had to ask for anything. He was right there keeping the food, drinks, water, etc. coming! He was so friendly. We sat on the patio; they wiped down everything from the rain and accommodated us. AMAZING everything!
