I am celiac and have always eaten here with no problem. They have always let me substitute items that I can't have, no problem. Today it was a problem. I am now not allowed to substitute anymore because instead of taking written orders, they now do it electronically and they can't do it. I ended up having to just order sides, which you know is always more expensive, just to get what I wanted. I will not be going back. They need to be able to accommodate people with allergies if they aren't going to let us substitute items we can't eat.

Arrived after church with a party of 8, and didn't have to wait long, around 10 minutes for a table (on Easter Sunday. Food was good, service was good,I really can't complain. Definitely will be back.

The all you can eat fish was actually really good! Birthday girl wanted pancakes and this is one of our favorite breakfast places to go to. Service is questionable at times but overall very decent place to go to.
I was really surprised by how much my family and I enjoyed the food and service at the Village Inn. I’d always avoided it, just because I figured it was a chain, and thus, probably not that memorable. But our waitress was super friendly and hard working. They were apparently pretty short-staffed when we ate there, which made for a MUCH longer wait than usual on getting seated and getting our food (almost an hour total wait from the time we arrived to the time we got our food!), but that definitely didn’t seem to be our waitress’s fault. I had to take a star off my total score, though, just for the slowness of service, and the fact that I’m not sure how typical that is (and many people can’t spare that kind of time when choosing a restaurant). Otherwise, the biscuits & gravy with sausage patties was some of the best I’ve ever had, and my daughter (who’s kind of a burger connoisseur) thought that her burger was one of the best she’d had in memory too. My wife and son enjoyed their meals too. I would definitely return again for the food (and would just hope that the staffing/kitchen/WHATEVER was going on situation would be better next time).

This is my go to place for a delicious meal. They have amazing food, awesome service and the best part for me personally is I have my own coffee pot at my table, I love that! My beautiful wife Bows works there and she is great and loves what she does and I am so proud of her! Oh my favorite dish is the biscuits and gravy, so good!
Free pie??? Nope. Buy something first. That's not free, that's buy a combo meal and we'll (add) pie Gratis. Watch and see if the reply with pretty much what I say on here.

I ordered a pie online, more than 24 in advance. When I went to pick it up, the gal told me, very casually and nonchalantly that they had sold my pie. Told me I could pick one already made, wait a half hour for the one I ordered to take a refund. It’s not the fact they didn’t have my order. Mistakes happen. It was their manners and how dismissive they were. Not even a “sorry about that” or anything. Not even after I sat and waited a half hour for the pie I ordered. THEN she tried to charge me a second time! Even while I was showing her my confirmation! Needless to say, I won’t visit this place again.
