We were very pleased with the service, cleanliness, and hot food !! A girl named Lexi took our order and was very professional. She was very helpful when we asked her a few questions about the menu. Preston delivered our meals to our table and was also very nice. They both seemed very happy to be there and took pride in their job.Our food was fresh and hot!

Good options & food was good & what I expected from a fast burger joint. The crew were difficult to speak with for additional service due to them all hanging out in the back of the kitchen area when there was no recent walk ins.

First time ever trying this burger joint. We're on vacation & decided to give it s try. The burgers were really good. The fries, ok. I asked 4 a ranch for my fries after I payed for my meal & was told it was an additional price. I didn't have cash on me & didn't want to use my card again so I passed on it. The staff was overall friendly.

Didn't go inside, ordered a shake and it was fantastic and a bit cheaper than dairy queen! Will snag one from there again and that Maui banana shake taste like Laffy taffy banana and its amazing!

This was our first time at a Fatburger. As a family of omnivores, vegetarians, and vegans, we were thrilled to find a fast food restaurant that we could all enjoy. The first thing I noticed was how dirty every table was. Hopped in line and placed our order. Our cashier, Jazz, was friendly, polite, and patient. When we sat down, we realized that the place was severely understaffed. Jazz seemed to be the only one working up front. I could understand why the place was in disarray. How could she possibly wipe down tables or pick up the lobby at all while a non-stop stream of customers lined up at her register? Our food was good, even if the wait was longer and reminders were necessary. But what I noticed above all else was Jazz. Despite being slammed with the line and customers coming up to remind her of missing items, she never once showed any trace of being overwhelmed. She remained joyful and positive and gave each and every customer her undivided attention. I pray that someone in leadership will recognize her for this. It would have been easy to let it get to her, but her work ethic shined through.The guys in the back (as well as a woman on her day off who jumped back for a moment) were also hustling. I could see how hard they were all working, despite being understaffed. Working in the food service industry can be hard, but keeping calm and still giving it your all is even harder. I see you and appreciate you :)

Great burger and loved the skinny fries. Employees were very friendly and we went when it wasn't very busy so food came out fast. The original burger was already bigger than a burger I'm used to so it filled me up. I can't imagine the large or extra large being not enough for someone. We got a cookies and cream shake when we finished our meal and it was amazing. Can't wait to come back

The wonderful ppl working on 4/17/23 were awesome especially the boy up front. I don't know his name but that high school kid gave us the best service we have had in a very long time. He recommended the western burger which was delicious. He was a delight and I will be back just because of him and his amazing service.

Ordered a turkey burger for my husband as he has an allergy and at 11 am they said it was the last one in store. Ordered myself a regular cheeseburger and fries. We also wanted to try the onion rings and boneless chicken as well to try more off the menu. The burgers were cooked well but absolutely NO SEASONING! Tasteless and bland. The chicken was by far the toughest and chewiest chicken and we threw away almost the entire order. The French fries were hot and fresh but no salt or seasoning either. The only eatable item that did taste well was the onion rings. We will not be back as we tried it once before during opening with the same results, gave them another shot and still no improvement. Go to Wagon wheel for a home cooked burger with plenty of seasoning and that is cooked well ?
