(I'd prefer an olive or carrot ribbon).Entrees came out appropriately timed, 15 minutes after the salads. Reports on the eggplant . Pomodoro 3/5 and other 2 dishes were 4/5. Portion sizes were great temperature was great, pasta was a bit overdone if you prefer al dente. The only other negative is that it is a little overpriced if you are a vegetarian trying to sub veggies for meat. Chocolate cheesecake, key lime pie, limoncello cake were lovely. all in all--four out of five. An exceptional addition to the Greenbrier eatery options.“
