Went there today around 1 o'clock, I was the only one in drive though, ordered big Mac meal, chicken nugget meal, two drinks, made it large, ff was half full, and luck warm. Big Mac was pathetic, it was so messy bun was falling apart, couldn't eat it, and how expensive they are you think they would take pride in serving quality products, but know. Maybe lack of leadership to let that kind of product coming out the window

If I could give this place 0/5 I would. Not only were the teenagers to busy in the back playing around and listening to music that had the F word in it, another person in our group witness them drop food in the floor and then put it in the bag to hand off, when the person noticed they had seen them, they then threw it in the trash. (Which should have been done in the first place). When we got the orders they had forgotten everyone’s sauce for their nuggets so went to the counter asking for the sauces that were suppose to be given and was handed the wrong sauces. The others order was messed up and took 5 minutes to get someone to acknowledge that we needed help. All the employees would look at us and then ignore that we were standing there and was more interested in what was going on around then in the back then getting the order correct. We had at least 5 employees see us standing at the counter and either turn around and walk off or just stare at us. Overall, will not be going back to this location until something is done because this was not the first bad experience at this location. Dropping the food in the floor and rebagging it was the final straw. Headquarters will be called in the morning.

I use my manners:"Yes please!""No thank you""Thank you!""You have a good day, God bless"She would respond like:"Mmhmm"*SILENCE*IDGAF if you're having a bad day, every other fast food place in town NEVER acts like this. It makes me not want to ever get food there. Have some enthusiasm like SONIC, or at least ask how I'm doing like Tack Bell.
