They were super busy. They were handling every customer with a smile. The store was clean and every person working as fast as they could. People might want to start applying. I feel like these people all deserve to be blessed. I hope their next reviews it is proven the ones that have put in their time get the opportunity to move up in the store if they want the responsibility, and all of them get a pay raise for all of their hard work and impeccable manner they carry themselves...read full review

Someone stole my order from their little "Come Ye Merry Chicken Thieves" rack. Waited for an hour after being told my order wasn't ready only to find out it had been ready (and obscondonded with) for my entire booth duration. They threw another order together but only after side eying me for a few seconds as though I was trying to pull a fast one. In the end it all worked out. We went through the drive thru tonight. We had 3 different people check on us while we waited at the window. We were there less than 5 minutes. My husband ordered the chipotle grilled chicken burrito, and he says it’s the best he has ever had. Wrapped perfectly, grilled perfectly. He said whoever made it should be teaching all the Taco Bell employees how to do it. Good job, Highland TB!
