I placed a $100 order online at 5:20 today. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:50. I arrived a few minutes after that to pick it up, noticed it was not in the pick up area, and asked the girl behind the counter about it. She informed me that they were out of tenders and that it would be 8 or 9 minutes. Its a Friday afternoon and I've already paid, so I'm waiting. At this point I hear her going over the order with her coworker and she says "I need to make more mashed potatoes" (there were 3 orders in mine) at which point the manager--on his way to the restroom--replies with "just give her whatever is left"So the employee proceeds to scoop the leftover mashed potatoes WITH NO GLOVES into to-go containers, drops a lid in the mashed potato pan, picks it up, and puts it on one of the containers--still NO GLOVES.This decided for me that I would not be eating the food served here, so I approached the counter to ask if those were for me. She said yes, and I told her I didn't want them because I didn't know how old they were and she was not using gloves to serve them. I asked to speak to the manager (returning from the restroom) and I tell him what had transpired.He grabs the potatoes, throws them in the trash, and tells her "make them right"I let him know I would not be taking the order and requested a refund. He informed me that he couldn't give me a refund because I paid online and gave me a number to call. No explanations, no apologies.The entire kitchen was in disarray and it was obvious the food had been sitting. I don't know when I will receive a refund as corporate said they had to send the case to their "higher ups"Let this be a warning to not give this establishment your business, or if you do, be prepared for any consequences of eating food that has not had safe handling.

All the tables and chairs were dirty. Had to use the wet naps to clean them myself. There was a few options to choose from or wait twenty min for them to be cooked. I felt talked into what was readily available. It was definitely held past its prime but luckily still warmish. Extra greasy as well. Floors were really greasy with a black trail to the parking lot. Customer service was below par, even from the manager. Felt like we were an inconvenience. It's sad because it seemed so promising. It's not the worst I've ever had but it definitely needs some improvement. I'll be waiting 20 min next time for sure.

Cleanest KFC I have ever been in, service was great they are working little short handed but the times has caused this so be patient, Food was fantastic, and the employees very friendly and professional but very over worked, and still had great moral, will for sure eat here again, even the outside appearance was really nice!!Parking: Great place and atmosphere and safeKid-friendliness: Great place and safe!Wheelchair accessibility: Had a chair ramp to the side!

I placed a online order one and a half hours early for a family meal. I got to the location to pick my order up at 4:45-4:50 when I arrived at the location I was told by management that it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before my order would be ready. When I ask the best way to make sure that my order would be ready next time I ordered. I was extremely disappointed in the managements response . I was told they have no control over timing. So I sat in the lobby waiting for my order and listened to the management talk in a very unprofessional manner with each other very loudly from the back of the store. At no point was there a apology for the delay…. Very very disappointed. This will be the last time ordering.

Good food, hot and tasty. It's about time KFC returned to the area. KFC has always had a price tag associated with there food so no surprises there. Still the best coleslaw of any chain restaurant. Staff needs a bit more training on register to change order options. The lot is a bit different too for a drive thru window with a high traffic outlet on to 65 not much to be done with this issue.

Just Ordered 2 combo meals at the drive thru, waited over 20 mins just to get home and see that they gave me 5 biscuits and a family mash in two separate bags instead of my order. I went back and while in line the drive thru employee was petting a dog that was inside the car in front of me at the window (dog was licking her hand). While waiting behind this vehicle the employee pulled out an e-cig and proceeded to smoke at the drive thru window. When I finally got my order I had lost my appetite knowing that she didn't wash her hands, saying "I packed it myself". The chicken was soggy and the smell was unpleasant, we didn't eat it. Too many health code violations for me to return.

They work people off the clock. The GM’s daughter has violated HIPPA many times by accessing employee information that she did not have access to. When you are asked if working people off the clock is illegal then you immediately get yelled at. I know money is tight but stay away if you do not fit in the small circle then you are outcasted. You are asked many time to keep chicken past it’s expiration time as long as it looks good. Definitely need a different gm
