Ordered two coffees and breakfast sandwhiches online, husband went to pick them up. They didn’t offer a drink carrier and handed the two sandwiches to him without a bag. He asks for a bag and was told that’s how they came. He had to ask AGAIN for a bag to carry them in. He comes back and when I take a bite of mine, it’s literally frozen in the middle.
