“Really good pizza. We were surprised as we stopped going to Pizza Hut years ago due to lackluster waitresses and poorly decorated pizzas. We decided try the one in Heber Springs. Boy did we get a surprise. We have since eaten there a dozen or so times. The usually only have one waitress on duty, which adds time to get service sometimes, but the waitress that are on duty work hard to deliver. We will keep patronizing this restaurant, because the food is great.“
“We are so lucky to have a KFC here. When the only one in Little Rock on Markham burned down, Little Rock did not have one for several years. It was truly missed. When it was rebuilt and reopened, the food was always perfect, because it was all fresh since they always stay so busy. My main problem with them was that they could NEVER get the order correct. EVER! When we moved here, I was so excited to have a KFC so close. Every time we have placed an order, everything is correct. No mistakes. The food here is EXCELLENT, except for the chicken strips. Obviously they were cooked some time before we get them, as they are cold, hard, dry, shriveled and they don't taste the same. Maybe they are not seasoning them the same. When we picked them up in Little Rock, we ate them all before we got home. They are the best I have ever eaten. The ones here we can barely eat at all. I am hoping when they read this that they can make adjustments on these here to match the quality of the ones on Markham in Little Rock. I also terribly miss the green beans on the menu, but I know this is nationwide. I used to love to eat these with the mashed potatoes. Now I just make a can at home, but it is not the same. Unlike Little Rock, the staff here at KFC are so friendly, helpful and kind. We always order off the app, because it can save you so much money. They always have excellent deals with buckets and sides. One of these orders will last us multiple meals. The biscuits are divine. We use them for several days at breakfast, making bacon or sausage with egg and cheese on them. They are so good and this gives us even more meals. I hope that this KFC stays busy enough never to close. It is so convenient even just to pick up food when company comes to visit and we just love it. Since it can be expensive, USE THE APP! You can get so much more food at a reasonable price. If you have never tried their French fries, you just have to try them. They came with one of our bucket meals and now we always have to add them to our order. They are specially seasoned and just so good. When we have eaten inside, it is always clean and immaculate. Please frequent our KFC, as many have closed across the nation and we need ours!“
