We usually have no problem and the food is ok. Not my fav chicken place but it works sometimes. This last time they seemed to be out of everything i asked for so I got nothing and went elsewhere.
Food was good but service is terrible. The drive thru lady was very rude and they were out of mashed potatoes and honey. I asked for ketchup and there was none in my bag when I got it. 3

March 24.@4:00 pm I went in Hope Ar. K F C. The 3 ladies behind the counter was the worst I have ever seen the the 30 years I been going in there. They might had a bad day, but you never take it out on customers. I was the ONLY one there to order. They never said hello or thank you. NOTHING. She took my order , I paid 32.00 then she turned around walked off and talked to another lady for 10 minutes THEN put my order together and popped the bag on counter and walked off!!
