Not so freaky fast on a slow evening. I've never waited over 6 minutes for a sub, not even in Dallas. Took 13 minutes and no one was in line inside, we were the only vehicle in drive thru. Not sure if extra prep work was being done. Delicious nonetheless.

They really make the best subs in Hot Springs, I highly recommend the hunters club, truly the freshest sandwich in town. And very polite employees every time I go there.

The food is great here the customer service not so much I accidentally placed an order for the next day and was trying to fix it, I went inside from the drive through and said I usually get an email if it has been voided and I haven't gotten that this gentleman slams down 2 pieces of paper in front of me and very rudely says well here is where I just voided it! Don't know what to tell you. Sad that this is the only jimmy John's. That man was so rude. I might not go back just because of him. Sad to say.

We walked in to the staff standing around. Not one person spoke to us. We stood there for a few minutes and decided to leave. That's when multiple staff members said " thanks for coming, come again". That was extremely rude. It felt like they just didn't want to deal with customers that day.

Shout out to Mikey atThe drive through- went above and beyond for us. Food was excellent but his smile and positive energy can't be complimented enough! We had a long unsettling day at a medical appointment and he brought our spirits right up!!!! Thank you Mikey and keep it up. You never know the impact you may have on someone.
What can I say, from order to service of 4 subs felt less than 2 minutes. Super fast. Subs were great. It's definitely going to be my goto when in the area and in a hurry.

Seriously, why does this place taste so much more fresh and cleaner than other chain sub places?! I can literally watch an employee chop a new lettuce head at Subway and it still doesn’t taste as fresh as this place, where I walk in and they are carving and shaving fresh meats. It’s wild. And I Love this place! Also, Horray for a lettuce wrapped option that’s as big and fat as a sub with bread!! Seriously, if you are trying to eat a little cleaner, try the veggie UNWICH, it’s a veggie sub with no bread and wrapped in iceberg lettuce leaves. Sooooooo refreshing. I like to remove the cheese and Mayo. Veggies are kinda wet and wet Mayo is like messy white water running all over the place with every bite, I recommend a heavier condiment like jimmy mustard. It comes with a gauc spread which is lovely, and I like to add the hot jimmy peppers which are tastier than a jalapeño to me. Also, if you are living life on the edge and eating it all, the gargantuan club is AMAZING. It’s literally a giant sub with it all and then some. I learned from a chef a long time ago that when it comes to toppings less is more when done right, so when craving some meat I like the hunters club which is so flavorful in all the right ways and perfect the way it comes with a few add ons like jimmy peppers. NOTE: If you are gonna try the unwich, check out the rules for eating it that I’ve attached. It’s important ?Vegetarian options: YES! get the veggie unwich with no cheese or Mayo for vegans. It comes with guac and you can add peppers and extra veggies too. It’s heaven and as big and fat as a bread sub. Also they make a mean veggie sub and their bread is soooooo good and fresh.

I love my local JJs but this one here is awful. Honestly the worst Jimmy John's location you could go to. What I ordered and what I received where two very different things, like the lady who made it just didn't listen at all and threw together this mess of lettuce, mayo, bacon and slimy cheese. The paper was rolled all the way into the middle of the unwhich. The whole thing was a dang mess.If you like Jimmy John's, save yourself the misery of going to this location.
