Our favorite place for a girl's night! It's hard to beat those $4.75 top shelf margaritas. The carnita's were amazing too.

Would I return? YesWe stopped in here, haphazardly, after having ridden through Hot Springs downtown, which was PACKED! We decided not to mess with the massive crowds at dinner time as a result of the eclipse. The restaurant has a moderate crowd, and we were seated immediately. Our drink orders and food orders were both taken and served swiftly!!I ordered the Alambre: shown in the review here. It was very savory and sizeable portions!

At Los Mayas, on the east side of Hot Springs, you can get get some good Mexican food at very reasonable prices. I've had the chicken fajitas, crispy beef tacos and of course rice and beans. All is very good; tacos I think are exceptional. And the guacamole is as good as any I have ever had! I definitely can recommend.

Portion was smaller but still paid full price for beef fajitas ($16). Bag for chips was smaller than normal. Food only filled 2 tortillas and it usually fills 3. Very dissatisfied.

This is a McJuanalds - noted by Speedy Gonzales lunch item.Tried Los Mayas today & it was good BUT nothing special. was hoping to find an independent Mexican restaurant with food variety beyond all the many different named McJuanalds restaurants around the South. What happened to Independent restaurants? This is the same chain that serves the Speedy Gonzales lunch - 1 enchilada, w/rice or beans & a Taco. These same restaurants are all over the South & always have the same menus although recently the menus are made to look different but it is all the same recipes & food. It is good but 20 years ago there were multiple Mexican restaurants all over but most are all McJuanalds now. Food is good but the variety which could once be found in Mexican food is gone.

This place was very good! We be going back soon! Highly recommend it if you love authentic Mexican food ?
My family and I ate there for my birthday!!! It was super bowl weekend; we dined there when it wasn't too crowded.Vegetarian options: They have a sectioned off place in the menu for vegetarian and vegan selections.Parking: Ample parking .Kid-friendliness: It is a good place to take your family.
Great food and plenty of it along with plenty of staff makes this place one of the towns hidden gems. Somewhat small and cramped, but well worth it.

Don't order the enchiladas. They don't even heat the corn tortillas. If it wasn't for that they would be pretty good.
