I have visited this location the past 2 evenings, both times my dbl quarter pounder was awful for me. Tonight I called after I opened my order and yes I was offered a remake, I'm not within a distance to pack up and go back so my review reflects a bad attitude and no offer to replace another time. I'll call tomorrow and ask for upper management, we'll see what comes about then.

Orders are rarely right, management is lacking, multiple times it took multiple times to correct order. This establishment needs to close and open different with new owners and new employement. Terrible service.

The worst McDonalds restaurant in America. The owners do not care. They literally do not cook any food here except frozen french fries. All the sandwiches arrive precooked and are microwaved. You’d be better off skipping a meal. I drove trucks for 1.5 million miles so I know the worst when I see it.

Ordered a caramel sundae, ice cream only filled about 3/4 of the cup. They put a taller lid on it, it used to be filled past the cup and into the lid. With the lid on, the sundae took up half the cup. Employees weren’t very friendly either.

Big Mac with on patty. They did not care. It’s sad when things are this expensive and then they short you and don’t care at all. Definitely stay away. Don’t worry about spending your money here unless you want to get messed around.
