Fantastic food! Great service at the tables. Very engaging and nice folks working as servers.Rude and Stuck up hostesses (both times we went). Instead of a welcome, hello… you’ll get a “how can I help you?*eye roll*” not a pleasant start to either of our evenings there. This absolutely sets the great waitstaff up for failure!

We were having a terrible experience in Hot springs AR. We couldn't get car service in time to make our reservation. Not only did the restaurant accommodate us anyway they had a birthday card for my Husband. However the cherry on top was the stellar service we received from the server , Chris. He was very friendly & attentive. This experience turned our night around.

We are from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and spend about a month in the area and this was our first time at 501 Prime.My wife and I celebrated our 48th wedding anniversary and were treated to a special evening of superb food and outstanding service. Bernie our waiter was very knowledgeable of all menu offerings. The raw bar was a real treat with gulf oysters. My wife and I shared the Seared Hawaiian Big Eye Tuna that was presented very nicely. We also had the Smoked Duck Egg Roll which was a great recommendation. The dinner was topped off with the Salted Caramel Crème Brûlée and complimentary Lemon Cheese Cake with Cherry Sauce with a candle to mark this special occasion. A special solo serenade by the waitress mentioning our son by name brought a tear to each of us. Our son, unbenounced to either of us, called the Maître Dee, from Chicago and also made arrangements to pick up the tab. What a special and memorable evening. Still a bit at loss how he pulled that off.This is a special place exemplifying above and beyond.
Food was ok, I however am not a chef but could of beat theirs hand down! Service was decent, atmosphere was ok. The prices were insane per food or flavor! I grilled a t-bone the following night with selected seasoning, & lemon juice drizzle on it, asparagus steamed with ghee butter lemon juice dill weed & a pinch of salt + Fried red potatoes/yellow onion with a little garlic salt & pepper cooked in light bacon drippings for added flavor!!! I had to drop 170.00 for 501 Prime & my meal was worth 5 times the money!!!

I called prior to vacationing to the area to make a reservation. I explained that I was hoping to make the dinner extra special as I was going to propose to my girlfriend earlier in that day. They were super accommodating and gave us a special table. Our waiter, Chris, was amazing and made sure to take extra special care of us. He was courteous, prompt, friendly, and found a nice balance of checking on us but giving us some privacy. We had the best duck egg rolls we’d ever had as an app. The then split an 8 oz filet cooked to perfection with a side of fried Brussels sprouts and Mac and cheese with crab. They comped our dessert which was a delicious cheesecake. We both live in New Orleans and are accustomed to excellent food but we both agreed it was one of the best meals we’d had in a really long time. Every single bite of food was terrific. Very rarely do you go to a high end steakhouse or fancy restaurant and it delivers completely. That was the case at 501 prime and I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to hot springs!
