Eric needs a promotion! We came in the other night after the taco bell on airport kept rushing us, though there was not a soul in the drive thru. So we left and came here and Eric was so fun and polite. He really changed our whole mood and night. Great customer service really does go a loooong way.

Asked if we would like 2 add 2 cookies for a $1 to our order and then did not receive the cookies but were charged for them. Also got a meal and did not receive fries.

Came through the drive-thru and the woman at the speaker says "come on lady" in a rude tone when my wife was trying to figure out what she wanted. No one should ever be that rude no matter what unless it is warranted. It's not hard to put on a nice face and do your job.

Got breakfast this morning. Seemed like they guy was trying to climb out the window into my truck. gave me a sweet tea that had about two inches of sugar in the bottom of the cup very funny just shows the stupidity of some people
