Such a warm and happy atmosphere. The service is absolutely incredible. The whole staff treat you like you're family. Which makes this one of mine and my husbands favorite places in Hot Springs. Anytime we have friends or family come visit. Cajun Boilers is our number one spot to go to for food. It's like having a cookout or craw fish boil, with family. ? And, you can access the back of the restaurant on boat, with easy access. If ever having a lake day.

Paradigm Shift

Way over priced with too small of portions, and to worst was that the food was bland which is a major no go for a supposed Cajun joint. The slaw was literally it just chopped cabbage in sugar water. :/

We went this past weekend for some seafood. Found out it was a new owner that night. We ordered some apps and our dinners. The onion petals limp and soft. One person after a long wait received her food. Our waitress got buzzed and she said she was bringing the rest of our food. When we finally received the rest of our order we did enjoy our food. I had the special that was snapper and it was yummy. The other food was good as well.

The food and service was amazing! Wasn’t crawfish season and owner wouldn’t sub when ordering a platter for 2. Was charged for an extra platter. Only asked for an extra claw of crab legs…was charged for 2 platters. Owner was very disrespectful and only offered to give $15 back on a $60

My waitress was super friendly. Food was a bit overpriced for the quality. Bathrooms were disgusting. And we were there within 20 minutes after they opened so it was pretty clear they just aren't cleaning them. Makes you wonder about cleanliness in other parts of the restaurant...

Literally just left this restaurant. Extremely disappointed. We are visiting town (5 adults) and were craving some delicious seafood. We are seafood lovers and know good taste, and sadly, this place does not have any type of flavor. Absolutely no seasonings, no salt, no nothing, including something as simple as shrimp. I didn’t even finish my plate, I couldn’t continue eating something so flavorless.I asked for ketchup and I think they’ve had that bottle for years, the ketchup was stuck in the bottle and no matter how hard you slammed it, the ketchup would not come out.Not to mention, we ordered the crab broil and were given scissors as a crab cracker tool, but wait, the scissors were broken in half!If there was something tasty, I’d say it was the cheese sticks and salad my son had. Oh and the the fried alligator, that was actually good!Regarding staff, most were nice, however our waitress was pretty rude. She was attentive to us, but she seemed pretty annoyed while serving us the entire time since the moment we sat down.Overall, we will never again step foot in this place, specially because the food was bland.Literally five adults left completely disappointed.

Server was good but food was horrible, atmosphere was hole in the wall-ish (which isnt always a bad thing) and it was very dusty and dirty. Our crab claws were grey and dry and the shrimp looked like it had freezer burn. We waited on our food for over an hour.

My husband and I went in recently near closing (our food came out well over 30 minutes before closing). The waitresses constantly came to check up on us stating in a joking manner how “we needed to come in earlier” and even sat at our table to “make sure we hurried because she was ready to go home”. Then as we were finishing up, she came and took my plate while I was in the restroom which had almost 2/3 of my food left that hadn’t been eaten. (Because we were being rushed) At that point I was ready to blow my top, so as we gathered my husbands leftovers and our belongings (10 minutes until closing mind you) they turn all the lights off on us. We will NEVER go back

We visited here form out of town! By far the best boudin, potatoes and crab legs we’ve had in a real long time! Our server Stacey was so kind and attentive. She made our experience over the top. We’ll definitely be back when we come back to Hot Springs!

The alligator is as tender as can be. Batter is light and every dish was tasty. Had Grilled shrimp, catfish, fried oysters , slaw and OMG grilled potatoes. Key to this place is perfectly cooked and “rightly seasoned”.

What was once the best Cajun and seafood restaurant in Hot Springs is no more. Waited 30 minutes to be seated when less than 25% at capacity. Waitress had to be reminded twice for everything. Beautiful deck that overlooks the lake was not open and the food was sub par with brown oysters, room temperature salad and half inch thick steak. Ordered boiled potatoes and got two golf ball sized with zero seasoning. Was not a single salt and pepper shaker on any table.. It's time for someone who isn't afraid to invest in paying for good wait staff and buying back the good quality food they use to have or sadly enough, cut losses and close what was once a great restaurant.
