My favorite nutrition shop!!! They have the best service, teas, and shakes!!! You always feel welcome when you go there and they always have new tasty teas and shakes so you never just get the same thing!!! If you are ever in Hotsprings Arkansas stop by Lake Hamilton Nutrition for a tasty shake and tea it’s like having a tasty treat without all the bad stuff!! You sure will come back for more !!!
Lynn and her staff alway greet you with a smile and the best customer service. Their combos are the bomb! The Italian cream shake and mermaid tea are two of my favorites!!! Lots of love poured in every cup for sure!!

Love this place!! The owner Lynn is amazing and very welcoming along with her employees that work there. I would recommend this place to anyone!! Its a great place to just chill and relax if you wanted too they are just down to earth people. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else but here!
