“My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at The Vault. The entire team went out of their way to make it a fantastic evening. Our waiter Evan was great. He was engaging but not overbearing and his recommendations were perfect. The baked brie was outstanding. Our filets were perfect, and the dessert....go for the chocolate tart. It's worth saving room for. 10/10 fantastic experience.“
“Our food was delicious! My husband got the Tuna. He said it was his top five Tuna entrees. I had the filet Oscar style and it was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection and the crab was very fresh. He had a dark chocolate dessert and said it was great. I had the salted caramel crème brûlée and it was sooo good. Highly recommend,“
“This place was swamped on Tuesday night. The decor and history of the place were really cool to learn about. I didn't even realize that they had to take the front of the building off in order to get the bar inside. The bar itself is the original since it was first built. We stopped in a nightcap. They have a little stage and place for music in the back. The only issue I found was that the place was small, so seating was super tight, and there were many tables right on top of each other. The staff was super accommodating in trying to make everyone in the place comfortable, given the tight seating.“
“This is an INCREDIBLE place to visit!! The speakeasy wasn't the only cool thing about it! The decor and atmosphere was electric and the staff was amazing. The food is some of the best I have ever eaten. The way the pastry chef made the window sill creation blew my mind. I highly recommend this place!“
“Service was friendly but very slow. We saw our waiter a total of 4 times. Order, receive, check, card back. Tacos were better than expected in tourist town. Margs were bad and $$$. Mezcal list was huge. Overall I’d go again but skip margs.“
“Seated right away, not too crowded but definitely lively and can tell it’s a popular place, for good reasons too. Well thought out menu and well executed food. Service was spot on. No reason to have breakfast anywhere else in hot springs. Thanks for a great experience!“
