I do not like the automated order service. They can't understand what you are ordering and when you try to repeat it, it puts something different. Then when a person gets on the phone, it is a foreigner that you can't even understand what they saying. I will order online just fine. I just want to call and order at the store not an automated system. The pizza is great though. And the staff at the store is great.

Was on west side of town so ordered a couple of pizza's from the Albert Pike location. Won't make that mistake again. Pizza was dry had little to no sauce, not sure the cheese was real what little there was, pepperoni was paper thin, can't even describe the crust. NASTY to say the

I've been ordering delivery from this location for about 6 months and the service has been good, until last night. I ordered and paid online but the delivery driver brought a receipt to be signed, so my wife brought it to me in my home office.This, apparently, angered the driver because when she returned and handed him the receipt he muttered something under his breath. She asked him to repeat his comment and he just walked away.Maybe he was upset with the $9 tip I gave him, on a $57 purchase, or maybe he was angry about having to wait while I signed the receipt, but his attitude irritated my wife enough that the $100 or so each month we were spending at this store will now be spent somewhere else.

service is sh!T. I highly DO NOT recommend ordering from here. They will deliver your meal destroyed over a Tip, how Ignorant?! My meal was placed on the ground and I was told to reorder and I would have to re-pay and deal with it by making a complaint which I did just that . This is the Hot springs location on Higdon Ferry, Mark has horrible customer service and should consider going back to school.

Order from here all the time. This time was not so good. The cheese pizza was drenched in oil so badly other boxes were affected.Also didn't bring garlic sauces I paid for.
