Had high hopes for these cupcakes, especially after seeing they had been on food network (how cool, I thought!). Almost bought 5 (get 1 free) but I'm glad I only got two. Had a bite of each and the rest went straight in the trash. Not worth the price in my opinion and will definitely never try again should I ever return to Hot Springs. Cupcakes were dry. Creme brulee had NO flavor whereas the red velvet had ALL the *wrong* flavor- I had to spit out my bite and I've never spit out red velvet before! Boxed cupcakes and canned frosting taste better than this.The shops only redeeming quality for me was the employee that helped us. He was a nice young man and seemed ready to help, and explained that both displays of cupcake flavors were the same and was what they had available etc.

We got there near close. I could tell the remaining cupcakes had been out all day and handled several times. Nothing appealing enough to warrant purchase. Staff was friendly enough for end of day, they appeared preoccupied with losing duties which is understandable. I recommend coming here early to get everything fresh.

You must check your cupcakes before you leave! They are NOT serving fresh baked cupcakes they are selling anything and getting you out of there. And what's baffling they can pick up the cupcakes and feel that it is hard as a brick why put it in a customer box to send them with.Another thing no matter the skin color SPEAK money is green not black nor white! Me and my family didn't get a greeting but all the white faces that came in there got loud hellos and smiles, the only black young girl didn't speak and she acted as if she didn't want to serve us!Maybe they were all tired from the hustle and flow from eariler!PLEASE CHECK YOUR CUPCAKES BEFORE LEAVING ESPECIALLY IF YOURE BUYING 3 OR MORE!And this wasn't my first time so I know they can do better!

First time visiting the shop yesterday. I am very confused about how to order and the shop doesn't flow. Very rude employee seemed aggravated to be at work waited on us. Doesn't explain the process. Was asked what we wanted at the beginning of the line. We wanted ice cream but didn't know the flavors available or what could be ordered (cup, cone, shake, etc). So, we decided on chocolate shakes because it's a common flavor, and we saw mixers on the back wall. At first, the rude girl stated they were out of chocolate, and another employee stated they were not and told her where it was located. She got pissed and snatched a container out the ice cream bin and was slinging stuff around to make the shakes. I also wanted to try a cupcake. It's not explained what is displayed is what is available (which caused a lot of confusion with many in line). We left (it was hard to leave fishing your way through the crowd of people to exit). We started drinking our shakes. Im not sure what type of chocolate we were drinking (it had slivers of coconut, I believe). My husband and I hate coconut. He ended up throwing his shake away, and I kept spitting the slivers out on a napkin. Thankfully, we do not have any food allergies. I tried the cupcake, and it was blah. It's not worth the amount you pay for it, and I'm thankful I only bought one. Needless to say, we will not be back and will not recommend it to anyone.

Visiting from Texas and to say an extreme disappointment is an understatement. Everyone is rude in all the shops. Like when you’re ordering anything other than ice cream, it’s an inconvenience. You’re met with huffing and puffing from the workers. They were out of a lot of flavors when we went too. To make our service even worse, I’m lactose intolerant and ordered the cherry limeade and it was disgusting. Left a really bitter after taste but like a bitter medicine kinda taste I had 2 spoon fulls and threw it out, I chose not to go inside to get a different flavor because if we were met with all the attitude at ordering, I couldn’t imagine the attitude I’d get from trying to get a different flavor. Do not recommend at all.
