Was looking for a good Mexican restaurant mainly for some chips and salsa. BIG BIG mistake. We haven’t had salsa this bad…EVER. We could have had less sugar if we started with dessert. Since the salsa was horrible we decided to get some queso. All it was to us was melted velveeta cheese. For our meal we got the sampler plate to share. To our surprise more sweetness on our enchiladas. Something that tasted like an eggo waffle with toppings. Now we know but hopefully someone can learn from our experience. During our dinner we wished we had just went to Taco Bell Would of had more authentic Mexican food.

La Hacienda is my favorite Mexican restaurant. It isn't TexMex. They serve two different salsas immediately when you sit. There is a third... salsa verde if you ask for it. The chips and salsa came out. Two very small containers with two different salsas. One was sweet which I don't understand. The other one was a failed attempt at glorified pico de gallo. I ordered a carne asada quesadilla and it was a very small quesadilla. The refried beans were on the dry side. The service was great but I will not be back.
I'm a fan of Mole. I've had it any number of times, including in Mexico; this was the absolute best, no contest. The Margaritas were really good too. I will definitely come back here when we visit Hot Springs.

The BEST strawberry margarita I've EVER had. The food was basic. Not bad but definitely not amazing. I will be going back only because that margarita was so so amazing. Great and very attentive service as well.

We went to lunch my mother ordered a taco salad without an ingredient and added an ingredient. When she got it or order was completely different. The waiter after being told it was wrong didn't take the plate but instead brought what was missing in a bowl. The bowl of HOT food was then accidentally spilled on my mother. No napkins, towles or apologies were offered.It's usually a nice place but after that I will be strongly reconsidering going back and that was some.of the worse service I have ever had.Parking: The front door can be hard to pull open if you don't have a lot of upper body strength you might need somebody to help you open it
