Gave us our drink & asked us to pull up cause they had to fry fresh fries. We pulled up and waited about 15 mins. Nobody ever came out with our food. We had to walk in and get it to find it sitting on the counter instead. None of the employees brought us our food outside. We pulled up for nothing. There was nobody behind us in the line. Ridiculous. Waste of time going to this McDonald's.

We like this McDonald’s out of all 3 in Hot Springs Amy ( doodle ) makes my son feel special,. She always gets his McDouble no cheese pickle only right every time. He is super picky and because of his medical condition can not eat certain things. We have gone to the other McDonald’s in town but we drive a little further to go to this one

The employees are always courteous. My order is always correct. The vehicles are moved through the Drive-thru at an acceptable time frame. If I am in a hurry, I know that I can get food quickly and be on my way. I usually do not go in to the lobby but the 2 times I did, i was treated very well. In this day when customer service has become rare, kuddos to your store for keeping it alive!
