We just came to this McDonald and the boy at the drive thru window was extremely rude and playing on his phone. Refused to help us. We went to the next window to speak to the manager and she was freaking awesome!!!! Laura you rock and are doing awesome because of you and I think she said her name was Zara y’all made this a better day. Great customer service skills and probably the best attitudes ever!!! Someone give these lady’s a huge raise!!!!! Ladies keep up the amazing work!!! Keep those beautiful smiles on your faces and thank you for being amazing!!!!

Well I'm basing my answers on the macrib. And the abd the caramel iced coffee forgot the name. Both great products but ridiculous prices . McDonalds didn't have to be a follower on the inflation . Could if they would had held ground . Well we know now that McDonald's is a follower and not a leader. One more thing to add . Why is it in the phone app my discount is only 150. But everyone's phone says 200. So why do I have the only phone with a 150 discount . This is on the large latte caramel ice coffee. Maybe you can fix this if you happen to read this review. Don't forget about the back points owed for all the one I got for 150 .it's over a years worth. That's a lot of frappes. Oh please tack on 2 additional frappes for my time here to tell the truth for McDonald's .
