Cannot get these people to make my burger plain. Last three times they slap 2 cups of ketchup on my burger and I'm starting to think it's on purpose......

The counter persons were very cheerful and helpful. The food was hot and quickly served. There was a small error in fulfillment but quickly remedied.

I ordered 2 burritos n hot sauceI got to pick up window not looking in bag n asked if it was in there she told me she just stuck it in there there was none. my food was also ice cold not a first for this piticular store when I visit Arkansas
This is definitely the most pleasant McD's location in the Hot Springs area, consistently great service, and seemingly flawless cleanliness.

The food was cold and old. It was 11 pm and I ordered through the app in hopes of getting fresh food and fries. I guess better luck next time, if there is a next time. I would drive out of my way to avoid this store and go to another.
