Stopped there so my granddaughter could use the restroom(they are usually very clean..and they were)..We didnt eat there this time..We frequent the McDonald's at Mt.Pine jct..We love McDonald's!!

Me and my brother come here everyday on our way to collage and We go there hoping to see Austin. There has been days we don’t come here if he is not here, he makes our day better and never fails to make us laugh overall not a bad place, never have had any issues with staff or in general

Nastiest female bathroom I've ever been in, reported that it smelled and there was blood on toilets and door was told they could clean blood but had no time to remove stinky trash or nothing to spray with. Maybe another worker could have helped more but the pink hair girl wouldn't make time

its just sad, I don’t eat here but really wanted a mocha frappe.. asked for light on mocha and no chocolate on top… well there was a bunch on top and it tastes like I'm drinking chocolate syrup… if there is normally lets say 4 pumps of mocha in a small and someone asks for less that means do NOT put the same amount of mocha as a regular one… how hard us that?

Got the order wrong not once but twice Yes the same order. The first lady at the window had an attitude perhaps she wasn't interested in holding down a job. The sack was greasy so I assume the food was. I bought it to distribute throughout some workers on the road so I don't know how it was. Yes I'll go back because it's really close to my house.

Love this place!! They make the best Frappe EVER!!
First off I want to start by appreciating the employees to take our breakfast order couple minutes before the breakfast time ended. This was an easy 5 for us but unfortunately we had to make adjustments to our order based on what was available which is understandable considering breakfast had closed. But the main problem we had was sausage in our muffins. We had people who were strict vegetarians and we had to make due with what was given. I advice McDonalds app to stop allowing breakfast orders 10 minutes before the breakfast end time to deviate such tension.
We hit this McDonald's on a very poor understaffed day for them. Young man messed up my order overcharged me. Gave me an apple pie which did not make up the difference but he was too busy to try to get a refund.Food was not hot I guess where he was still waiting on people our food sat there. Not one single napkin to be found anywhere. Soda area filthy.Sit down area filthy. I realize this is in a truck stop which I am sure there's alot of foot traffic. So this McDonald's should schedule for this.We were there on a Sun am.
