Fastest service I have ever had at a Popeyes chicken! Food was ready for me to walk away from the counter before I was done paying. A staff member walked around the dinning room and made sure everyone was doing good while eating and then took out empty trays when we were done eating.

Called order in and it was readywhen I got there !! Got home 20 min later and ate it was still hot .. great food great customer service !! Clean place to eat too .area mgr was Stephanie gm was gary and window guy quandre.. these people make sure u have a smile coming back at u and make u feel like ur the only customer.Kid-friendliness: When I take my grandkids in they always say hi to him too ?

I did an online order and it was confirmed. I watched my delivery driver wait at the restaurant for 30 minutes. Then Popeyes canceled my order. I’m guessing they wanted to go home at 5pm and just closed up the store. Please honor your open hours.

Brought in 30 Choir students after a performance not too long after open and right before the lunch rush. I gave the kids an hour to get lunch and eat before getting back on the bus. These kids all had ordered and received their food correctly in 20 mins and were back on the bus in 45. Kind staff. Good communication. Gave great energy to a bunch of hungry high schoolers. I’ll be back with my kids when we’re in Hot Springs!
