Ice cream tasted like ice. Didn't even bother finishing it, just threw it out. Also, when I asked for cookies n cream, they gave me chocolate ice cream with crushed oreos and told me that's how they make theirs ? -I should have known right then to leave.

Absurd and kind of hilarious how bad the ice cream is. I had several bites and each one was worse than the next. Straight to the garbage after that. The large group other of people I was who ordered ice cream as well all felt the same way. The people working were very nice, clearly high school kids who the owners probably underpay. A shame, great location downtown HS…seems like whoever’s running it doesn’t care about quality of the product. Don’t be fooled by the colorful signage. I never really write reviews online but felt the urge to share

Nice store but workers are snotty and went to get Rocky road and they gave me some cherry flavored nuts idek what it was but all the ice cream was freezer burnt! And they wouldn’t change my ice cream to what I asked for!

There was barely any sorbet I wanted in the ice cream bucket. It was icy and hard and everything you don’t want in a scoop of sorbet. she did not even get a new bucket of ice cream. She grab what seemed to be some sort of flat spoon and she wedged the sorbet from the bottom of the bucket and it made a terrible sound my cone was not even half full and she still charged me 9 dollars for that what a disgusting thing that’s store is.

We took our four kids for ice cream after visiting the national park. We went with friends and a group of 12 got ice cream. Everyone was extremely disappointed. The “ice cream” tasted like frozen milk. The texture was bizarre and there was zero flavor to any of the ice cream or cones. We tried 10 different flavors and all of them tasted like ice. A woman came out after us and threw hers in the garbage. Will not be going back.

Went with a group of friends, we all got a cone with one flavor and paid separately, they all paid $7 and tax while the cashier added a 20% tip to my order without asking and chard me $9

Candy was sold in non air tight little plastic square containers, staff looked unhappy to be at work getting paid. And the candy was stale, I got s’mores marshmallow bites? And they just tasted old. The cotton candy tasted badly flavored like they put a drop of mango extract in it and called it a day. Mostly the packaging + how old the candy tasted was my peeve. Won’t be back. Super gross reading the other reviews that confirmed my suspicions of old food ?

Lavender ice cream tastes like soap. All the ice cream has a weird texture. Macarons were not good. Bought 2 cupcakes from the place next door that were actually good. Cotton candy and jelly beans are tasty, but kindof hard to mess those up.
