Specifically asked for no lettuce or onion..I get home and burger is loaded up with lettuce i have pics..im allergic to it..have to throw my dinner away..hard money wasted..wouldn't have left this review if somebody would have answered the phone when I called

I usually order burgers in the breakfast time so I'm aware it takes longer than normal but 20min is a little bit more than I expected. 3/4 visits something is always wrong with the order either it's missing something or something was added that didn't need to be. They aren't getting a lower score ONLY because the workers are kind and friendly as well as the parking lot is clean for the most part.Everyone has a favorite sonic and out of the 3 or 4 in town this one het my order wrong the leistParking: Parking depends on what time of day you show up. HAPPY HOUR is usually busy so keep that in mind

Everyone enjoyed their food. My 3 yr.old grandson said my horndog so good but it's almost gone...I said Legend do you want Momos corndog.? He smiled big said yeah I still hungry...He ate every bite!! Kuddos to Sonic..Yall the best!!!

This place is great. The burgers are still good tasting and pretty big compared to other Sonics. I don't understand the complaints I've read in the reviews. When I went to this location, it was the busiest I've ever seen it, every spot was filled. It was quick, we were in and out in about 20 minutes and that included wolfing the food down. Most people know to check your order when you go to a fast food place before you leave, especially at McDonald's. They get a lot of people thru there and no one is perfect; mistakes can be made. My order was perfect.

Absolutely worse sonic in this entire city of hotsprings. They didn’t give us the right amount of chicken strips that they said it would be on the menu. The chicken strips were OVERCOOKED. and the didn’t fill my fries up at all.They messed up our order. They didn’t fill our drinks up all the way either. Very rude! I am never going back to this sonic and I highly recommend that anyone else doesn’t either. This is and was terrible and ridiculous fast food service!

Put on hold B-4 could make order, then it read that Jennie was bring out our order. Mind you the order was for 3 corndogs. 20 minutes after that still didn't get order, so l left. Was thinking on stopping in the next day and ask if my order was ready yet. POUR SERVICE.
