After camping for a few days and eating hot dogs and hamburgers, this was absolutely perfect. I had the chicken enchiladas and the chicken was amazing. Even my 6yo loved the tacos, cheese dip and beans. I wish I lived closer because I'd come here all the time (and I'm from Texas). Fabulous pricing also.
The food is always good. Made while you wait not prefabbed. The taco salads are huge the burritos are big and the food is just good. Not super expensive either!

This is my go to Tex-Mez spot when I’m craving something a bit more refined than Taco Bell. I mostly stop by for one dish in particular, the Combination Burrito covered in Cheese Dip. That’s not to say their other dishes aren’t as divine, just that my taste buds won the lottery with that burrito and I’ve never looked back.

I would rate -5 stars if I could ?I went inside,and ordered my family's dinner to go, to eat at home bc my mother's elderly and bedridden.When I got home I fed my mother 1st and sat down by my husband and we all began eating,I heard my 82 yr.old mother choking on a long black hair,so everyone inspected there meals,I found 2 more long black hairs in mine. I ordered 3 combanation burritos,all were also missing tomatoes, onions, black olives and we're very skimpy made,childs sized, with no extra cheese sauce and they left out the side of guacamole.I calked and talked to the manager, and brought the food back to them, and receipt for a refund (hairs n all) this has never happened before,I'm shocked,unbeliveable,iv ate t.p since I was little.Iv noticed new faces there,so I'm sure that's the reason for this happing.There was no apology, and they are training a new manager,whom was very hateful during the refund.Needless too say,we won't be going back.

Quaint, prices, friendly and fast service. My fav is the bean burrito stuffed with refried beans, lettuce and a layer of melted cheese, then covered with Taco Pronto cheese sauce and onions.Features: No more salsa bar set up.
Have been going to Taco Pronto since the mid 70's. Love this place. Have an addiction to the taco salad. If we want something a little heavier we have the burrito covered with cheese dip. Cheese dip, pico and guacamole is amazing. All the locals know about this place and the long family history of serving the city of Hot Springs since 1969. My husband says the thing he likes the most is that it's always the same food day after day. You know that you will get the same meal ea time. No changing of recipes. Has indoor and outdoor seatingWheelchair accessibility: Have a side door for easy access to handicap parking. Counter is low for W/C clients. Chairs at every table for easy access for W/C clients
The food is good. They have a limited menu of basic Tex-Mex foods. They do not have sweet tea. I really enjoyed their chicken nachos. My husband loves their enchiladas.Vegetarian options: Their bean tacos are good.
