I decided to stop by and try out their wings and pizza, and they were both really great! I got myself a chicken bacon ranch pizza with some garlic parmesan wings. It exceeded my expectations. Our server Kristin gave us the best service and was also very sweet. We will definitely be coming back!

It amazes me that a place that serves pizza and beer will require a reservation when the restaurant is half empty. We came in at 6pm and tables are reserved starting at 7:30pm 9:30pm with a sign at the front that reads, Seat Yourself. Not real sure that’s a wise business model that supports its local customers first over the weekend tourist. Been here many times in the past and this time I was completely shocked when initially I was turned away until I challenged their methodology. Food is always good but this time their service under performed. Your locals keep you in business year-round not the seasonal tourist! You can do better!!! .

For a dead afternoon, it took a long time to get service. A party of 8 came in after me and was served before me and given menus. I had to ask for a menu. Service was slow though the girl was nice. Beer selection is lacking. The chips and queso was not hot when it came out, and the chips were stale. Given the positive reviews I have seen, I could have just shown up on an off day. I have also noted the responses to negative reviews are all very defensive. Not a good look.

I wanted a good burger for lunch today, but I didn't know where I wanted to go. I pulled out the phone and opened maps, and this place popped up. It wasn't very busy, according to Google, so I decided to give it a try. I walked into a nice seat, yourself sports bar atmosphere. There's a lot of seating at tables and booths as you walk in. There is a bar area to the right and a large, covered outdoor patio to the left. I ordered fried pickles and a burger with blue cheese. Both were excellent! The service was good and I have no complaints.Parking: Lots of parking in the shopping center.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy ramp from the parking lot. The tables are spaced well.
The bartender was busy but still took time to chat with us. It was our first time in Hot Springs, I don’t think it will be our last.

Took 30 mins to get chicken strips when we were 1 of 5 tables in the restaurant. There were nearly empty. I was left without food while the other person at my table ate. Don’t eat here. The service is abysmal and the kitchen takes forever to put any food out.
