I wish I got what other folks in the reviews were eating. Coworker and I ended up getting brisket that was just so dry, dry, dry, dry. It was black pepper crusted to the point where I couldn't taste anything but black pepper during and after my meal. I wasn't a fan at all. Slaw was ok.

First of all the days and hours on Google wrong they are open all days except Monday pls see photo for correct phone # the owner said she was having issues editing Google , we are from Ms and went to Hotsprings for the horse race and googled local bbq. This place about a 5 miles out from Oaklawn casino / racing track .This place is a locally owned mom and pop dive , but we felt very safe., but the food is the star of the show , so good the pulled pork sandwich we had was smoky and tender with a nicely Grilled bun and the bbq pork loaded fries were the best I have ever had !!! So yummy ty again !!

A friend of mine orders from this place regularly so I thought I would give it a try and I regret it. I ordered wings and a poutine, The Site says the dusted wings would have an array of seasoning, The wings I got had no seasoning on it whatsoever, and it was extremely overcooked. Additionally, I received the wrong sauce for the wings, I requested hot honey and they sent honey garlic The cheese was not melted on the poutine, so there were these large clumps and the food was not warm. I must say I am highly disappointed as I really wanted to like this place. I will not be ordering from this place again.

Small little place but the food for the price was more than worth it. Plus they take care of the kiddos even though there isn't a "kids menu". Owner is super nice as well is the ither employees!
The bullpit is my family's restaurant. I went there today with my girlfriend and the smoked half chicken was ?! Potato salad and baked beans and the cow poppers was very satisfying. My girlfriend really enjoyed the loaded baked potato. I highly recommend this place for BBQ at its finest.

I recently dined at the Bull Pit and unfortunately, I left quite disappointed. The portions of the food were surprisingly small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied despite the high prices. It's disappointing to pay a premium for a meal and leave hungry. While the ambiance and service were fine, the value for money in terms of portion size and cost is something that needs improvement. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback into consideration to provide a better dining experience for its customers. To make matters worse, the potato salad I ordered was amazingly bland, lacking the flavors I expected.
