I ordered on the app and have been every month spending 30-40$ everytime I order and last night I doordashed it. I didnt get any dressings or my drinks and the french fries and my chicken sandwich was messed up I called the dasher to ask and he told me he didnt receive them so I called wingstop and they said he did then tried to blame him then after arguing the lady said she would talk to the manager i was on hold for 10 minutes then she came back and told me the manager dont have time to talk and asked for my information and I never got a call back. I am very disappointed as a very loyal customer and dont know if I will be going back to this location.

If it had a negative 0, that's what this wingstops in Hot Springs, Arkansas would receive from me. The worst customer service. I've never had anyone tell me that they would not give their name to whom I was speaking with to place my order. I've never had to be forced to place a order online because I get unprofessional customer service and rue individuals. Very unhappy will not be returned to this wingstop. And this is not my first encounter this location.

The manager tonight at 7:30pm was Cold and Malice the staff do not know the difference between whole wings and drums , i was told to pick my order at 7;55 , i was given the wrong order i asked the manager would he repair my order the young mexican took the food and walked back and forth for 10min came back with the food along with manager and said to me what is my name and numbet that he wasnt going to correct the order nor give me my money then push the panic button HSPD was dispatch the manager lied to Police staiting he was going to refund me my Son called repeatedtly trying to get to the bottom he refuse to talk to him i was embarassed and humiliated after just being discharge from Hospital these people are rude cruel and do not know the food properly and needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau i left with No Food or Refund of my money 15$ for nothing!!! I will notify The Better Business Bureau and NAACP , today is February 24, 2024

Fries was good. The wings on the other hand was really small, they was really soggy and slimy. Customer service really sucked. Was a long wait to get helped and then waited for food.

I order $45 worth of wings. When I went to pick them up I was informed no matter how many wings you order they do not provide any ranch or bleu. They then tried to charge $4+ for one bleu cheese and $4+ for one ranch. So $45 worth of wings and then they was me to pay another $10 for ranch. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was in and the bank and didn’t speak any English. Then I was told the manager wasn’t here. When I asked what the managers name was I told he couldn’t give out that information. So a service industry business has a corporate policy of not giving their managers name.

They are the best and I’m the worst for eating before taking a dang pic! Seriously some of the best wings in town and I really hate loving a chain but they really have wonderful quality. Have you noticed the wings you order with chain pizza places aren’t the same as they used to be? The bones are mushy, they are smaller and some wings are so deformed you hesitate giving the meat to the dog?? Yeah, sames. This place hasn’t changed a thing about their quality and it shows order after order. You can even get just flats, drums or a mix, plus they have strips and boneless options too. The prices are a little high but you get what you pay for and I don’t hesitate to give them money bc the quality is there and it’s delicious every time. Spicy lover? Try the Cajun. OMG. Not Louisiana, the CAJUN. It’s like sauced and dry rubbed had a spicy baby and it’s the Cajun. I keep thinking I wanna mix it up with some other flavors and I regret not getting all Cajun everytime. Note it is heavenly spicy and I’m an all drums kinda lady and that’s just beyond heaven to me. Their homemade ranch is my favorite next to Outback (another dang chain that has my second favorite wings lol) and omg if you love corn you gotta try the Cajun fried corn. Sooooo yummy and perfectly seasoned. Now aside from my fave wings, they also have my favorite seasoned fries. I ask for extra fry seasoning and it has a lovely hint of sugar to its salty savoriness that’s addicting in the ranch. Trust me. Also ask for them to be cooked well done. They are good ol’ hand cut real fries that get soggy quick and sadly the air fryer can only do so much later. Crazy some wings that don’t disappoint, go here!
