It has been a while since I have eaten here because the last two times, the food was lukewarmI was hoping today was different because it was 12:00pmWell it was not my toast was cold and hard and the chicken and fries barely hot.The coleslaw was nice and cold and the young lady taking my order was nice and friendlyI didn’t complain because I knew what I was more than likely going to get and I got itIt was my fault for going.

Tried and tried to give this place the benefit of doubt because we’ve always enjoyed other Zaxby’s locations when traveling but time and time again they disappoint. This leads me to believe it’s a local management issue that should be addressed. It’s too late for us, we won’t return, but my goodness bring in a new boss and start fresh because this place is always empty for too many reasons to list.

Food looked like crap, smells like crap, and taste like crap, and when informed of this information they were more worried about the words i used than the fact they screwed every aspect of the food up. This is the problem; the fact they care more about how they feel than the food they expect you to eat. how about you stop crying about how my words hurt you since this isn't a therapy session and cook and create great food like you were hired to do. granted if i want to drive all the way back across town to get a refund i could do that.

A big disappointment. First, when I came in, there was an advertisement for the blackened chicken sandwich. She (the not too friendly lady) said they've not served those in 2 years. So I ordered a Cobb salad. I remembered them being very large in an actual dish. Apparently, less salad (not sure it was a Cobb salad) in a flimsy to-go style container is worth way more than it used to be. Just not the Zaxby's experience I've been used to. The salad was average at best.

My wife and I stopped in for the first time on a Sunday while we were visiting Hot Springs. I can honestly say the chicken was the worst I’ve ever had. We ordered a total of 6 tenders and 4 were left over. If this is the only restaurant open for a 100 mile radius, go fill up the car with gas. Do not eat here.

12/12/2023I am ABSOLUTELY APPALLED by the behavior of a worker in the Hot Springs location tonight!! I am a doordasher/long term customer at this facility! I watched and heard a young man with lots of tattoos yell, throw things, cussing at other employees and the manager on duty did nothing to stop him! The young man up at the front counter with curly dark hair was being patient and trying to help me while this employee with tattoos was yelling at him from the kitchen. The employee up front held his composure while this other employee was belittling him in front of everyone, and nothing was done. The young man up front could only be about 16. This is definitely no way to run a business and i would hope the store manager/supervisor would go back and watch camera footage and hold this employee and manager accountable. I would never want my child working in such a toxic environment!
I have out off trying Zaxbys for a while now and went ahead and gave them a try last week in hopes that I could replace my kids obsession with Raising Canes. I was disappointed as were they. The chicken was ok nothing too exciting. Sauces were not good. Fries were level of frozen off brand baked fries. The staff member assisting me was very professional and did well at assisting with ordering. The place was practically empty outside of employees and us so it was clean and well maintained. I won't be returning to spend money though.

The chicken itself was great, everything else was pedestrian.Not bad, mind you. In general very okay.It just could have been any number of chain restaurants if you removed the Zaxby's signage.

I have been a little wary of trying Zaxbys in Hot Springs when Chick-fil-A was operating in town because I didn’t want to cheat on the Lord’s chicken. Well, today Chick-fil-A is closed so the lord said go ahead. And let me tell you, this chicken was so good. The flavor of everything was good, the fries were seasoning super well, and the sauce was chilled. The sweet tea was also very good, albeit a tiny bit too sweet for me. Will be returning even when Chick-fil-A is open, it was that good.

Food was ok but I am just not a fan of Zaxby's. Restaurant was clean & people were friendly but again, not a fan of the food.
Their food is pretty good. We love the tongue torch sauce. The cashier was friendly & we didn't have to wait long for our sandwiches.
