I ordered through the app and the lady at the drive through was very rude. I guess she was mad that I ordered through the app and placed it right as I was pulling up so I don't have to order through the speaker. She was all mad about how I made the order "18 seconds ago", but if I would have ordered through the speaker it would have been zero seconds ago so I'm not sure why that's so bad. She had me pull all the way around to the door instantly instead of going to the window for some reason and when she brought the order out she dropped it my aunt all "sassy" like lol, then instantly dug in her pants and got on her phone. I normally wouldn't care but she was so butt hurt about it I feel like I have to say something. She needs to go work it somewhere without customer service that's for sure.

Food was typical Arby's.They gave us curly fries when we ordered crinkled fries. They said they would bring them out. They never did.The floor was sticky from the bathroom to the door to the front counter and even the seating area. It's like they mopped the floor with soft drink instead of mop water.

My favorite place to go. I can dress casual. I can look like a hurricane victim. Either way no questions are asked. Food is handed over with a smile and everyone's so enthusiastic to see you! Takes a minute more than most but that's how you know it's done right. Not just thrown in the bag.Parking: Accessible in every direction. Not all packed in a line like a conveyor belt. I went through the drive through so not really sure of the atmosphere. The service was ok not the best but not the worst I have ever had. The food I tried there new cheesesteak didn’t like it so I was looking forward to the fries but this is why I got fries that looked like they had been recooked. Hard and nasty.

I went in to order my food to go there was people standing outside waiting on their orders they said for 45 minutes but i went in amd ordered my food anyways and when i got my order home my half pound combo was a beef and chedder and my roast beef gyro was covered in the sauce i didnt eat it the fries were old fries.I called the next day i was told to bring in my receipt and the manager instead of giving my money back she remade my order and when i checked it when i got in the car there was spit in my gyro i guess Arbys needs better managers and crew
