Anytime you visit this store after 8pm, they don’t except credit cards or honor BK coupons. I’ve been to the location 3x in the past month after 8 and the manager and all employees are on board with this operation. This location would have to be losing lots of money with lackadaisical workers like these. I’m just saying.

This is the worst place to eat they got my order wrong waited for 30 minutes on 1 hamburger only to get yelled at by the person they put as manager..This place has no respect for their customers

Zero star crew working at the Burger King in Jacksonville. Food is all made in the morning and sits underneath the hot lamp. All of it is cold and no good. Staff, what a joke the atmosphere is uninviting, un energetic and downright sad. The manager on duty Drains your energy He would be better suited working in a dark factory in the back corner by himself. We will not be back to this establishment until new management is present.

Food was subpar. The whopper we ordered was dry and we had to put our own sauce on it. Ordered two whopper JR cheeseburgers with bacon, no onion. Came with onion. Got two Coke icees and they came in a small cup and we got basically told in a polite manager way that is the size, what you were given before is incorrect, deal with it. Considering what we pay for icees, they should be in a bigger cup or at least be consistent in the cup size. It was also half full when given to us.

The older store manager or shift leader male was Foul. When I pulled up to the drive-through window, I asked for just a second, and he physically sighed so hard before turning off the speaker. When I get to the second window to pay I see that he has over 10 sandwiches premade and wrapped up. My food is handed to me before I pay. I asked for salsa it was just the worse thing for him. I was given no receipt.My husband and my food was clearly made well before our order was taken.Literally looks like he balled up both sandwiches. I would rather not get napkins, then get two crumpled up into a ball placed on top of my stuff. Burger King is never our top five choices but over the past month I have found myself going twice now and both times this man has ruined my experience

Two employees, empty store. Food prep area which is in full view of the ordering area was FILTHY. The employees had a continuous loud argument the entire time I was in the building. Food was wretched. Atmosphere beyond uncomfortable for guests.I will not be returning to this store.

We went January 4th at around 3 pm. They were out of EVERYTHING. Ordered the halfsies so we could enjoy zesty sauce with onion rings. They let us order without letting us know. Ordered 3 kids meals that we had to go ask them for the toys because they forgot those. We wanted a refund for the onion rings/fry order but they wouldn't refund us so we opted for mozzarella sticks but no marinara sauce so we had to get these odd tasting cheese balls. One of the kids juices they handed us had no straw and had to go back in for another juice. It was slow and whoever runs this store MUST be FIRED. They have no idea how to run a store. Every single time we visit this location they're always out of everything we need for the meal and always forget half of what we order. There were no cars but like always they asked us to pull around to the parking lot to wait for our order. This place is wild and probably should be shut down.

It's probably one of the craziest things I've experienced - we pull up to order food around 9pm the other night (December 12th, for management reference), clearly seeing several people in the lobby along with workers talking with the group, but on the intercom it gives us a brief message, ultimately stating that "Their currently closed."How are you closed when people are sitting around? Employees are standing around (some of whom were talking with the people sitting in the lobby), and two of which looked directly at us at the drive-thru and made no notion to move. We check the 'Hours of Operation' as we drive by and see that they close at 11pm?I'd imagine this location is struggling financially if they're essentially paying their employees to hang out and not take any business for a couple of hours. Not to mention the disorganization I see from several other reviews before me.They achieved their goal - I won't ever go back to this location.

Went at 9:28pm and they said they were closed and sent us away. Online shows they close at 11pm. Need to fix hours or have people actually work.
