I love the Philly cheese steak, but recently I've been a little disappointed,and we go to firehouse regularly..I had next to no sauce on my sub awhile back and yesterday I didn't get a pickle, that was soooo upsetting, I always looks forward to my pickle..nobody's perfect I understand but no pickle??????

1st I have always had excellent service at the location in Jacksonville. Tonight it is a completely new staff and they are telling people who call in that it will be a long wait. I wish they had told me before I ordered. Just a heads up to management, people are getting angry with poor service.

I came here with my husband June 26th I believe it was a Monday night, I ordered a hook and ladder. I believe he got an Italian. The food was great, The employees were friendly, The place was spotless. My only complaint is that it was pretty hot in there. Me and my husband were literally sweating while we ate our food. I could only imagine how the employees felt. The young woman who took my order was sweating herself. Whoever is in charge/ owns this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. It's way to hot in there.

Would not accept my $100 bill. Not the employees fault, everything to do with the owner. Will change my rating if & when I get an apology.Not taking legal currency is completely illegal.Sad that the employees were afraid to take my money.They claim owner doesn't accept because of fakes.They were kind enough to direct me to another business to get change, yeah I'm not doing that. Very disappointing. Ridiculous.That in itself made it the Worst experience of even thinking about coming by.This is Worse than showing up & not having enough money to even pay for your meal.
