I have ordered from here many times. The last time I came to get a pizza I came through the drive-through and was told I had to come in customer service. This time was very rude and it was by people that have worked here that I’ve dealt with before. And I don’t understand why they had an attitude tonight, but this will be the last time I come here

This location sucks, the girl at the window had a funky attitude and retook my order that was called in, I had to wait on it. And then she got the order wrong. No need to have an attitude when people are just trying to get food. Horrible customer service! I do not recommend.

Order my food at 5:45 pm was told it would be ready in 15 mins so ok I wait 20 minutes then I drive to the jacksonville location and then still had to wait another 20 minutes for my food and all I order was crazy bread and crazy puffs and a 2 liter drink like come on it shouldn't take that long to get an order together but employees was walking outside and not paying attention to customer service at all and the kitchen staff doesn't have anything together and poor management from what I seen and I was a gm for a restaurant for a long time and this store is the worst I've seen in a long time!!!

Just opened box, pizza was overly done and was cold. 20 miles round trip to return it. Never had this problem before. Also, Bread sticks had no cheese on them.Disappointed!!

Went in drive thur to order employee was very rude i just Cancel my order Management need more training and when i pulled off i look inside and they on cell phones

this place is always on top of it. they are fast and friendly. if there will be a wait, they communicate with you. never has my order been messed up and the service is always great!

I've gotten several orders from this restaurant both as a customer and as a DoorDash driver and this is definitely one of the better Little Caesars in central Arkansas. I want to commend the people working tonight (12-28-2023). They were swamped and running a little behind but still working hard. While I was waiting for my order, another customer stormed into the store completely belligerent because apparently there had been some issues with her order. She was beyond disrespectful to the workers. I never do this, but I actually pulled out my phone and started recording because I was concerned what this customer might do. This was a situation that it didn't matter what the workers did. This customer was not going to be satisfied. She even tried to get the other customers involved by sarcastically telling us to check our orders. These workers, however, stayed very professional in the face of someone showing them absolute hatred. The manager and owner of this store should be very proud of their employees tonight. If for some reason you need video of this incident, let me know and I'll be glad to provide as long as you promise it won't be used against the workers.

It's Little Ceasars. The old stand-by has changed people. No longer the 5 dollar hot n ready. Try 7-9 dollar with even less toppings, crust, flavor...
