Cold, soggy fries. No condiments on our burgers. Burgers burnt. Sweet tea not sweet. Ordered large fries, got medium. Smelled like weed in drive thru. Great location if you enjoy heating your food up at home and adding your own condiments. Awful attitude in drive thru window. Would give 0 stars if possible.
This is absolutely the most poorly managed and staffed restaurant that I have ever seen. It’s dirty, the bathroom smells like a sewer. That can’t get orders filled correctly, they have people handling food without gloves. Today I received a breakfast sandwich and the muffin was burnt around the edges. A woman took it out of the bag and untapped it and then threw it back in the bag partially wrapped. They did not have all of my order in the bag. They have not had orange juice in months and apparently the manager has no motivation to fix it. The service and food is gross. I will never be eating here again.
