We ate at new China in Jacksonville, Ar. last night, Friday pm. Usually the food is great there but last night the crab meat or something else turned me inside out. Lot of gas, bloating, burbing & pain. Having bad taste in my mouth from lots of burbing. Started feeling bad after we got home & still now this Sat am. I have had several gas & tums pills, some help, but still burbing badly. Will probably eat there again but not the crab meat. Maybe it was not cooked right or wasn't fresh enough. Parking is great.

Very good food. Everything had a good flavor and delicious. One of the better Chinese restaurants around. 14. 95 all you can eat. Not bad compared to others.

The building is FALLING APART!! It is past time for renovations. Food used to be better and building was kept up with. New owners maybe??I really want to like coming here better. But the disrepair of the building, the tables that all rock, the booth benches with broken springs, and the dark dingy bathroom really is off-putting all around.The prices have gone up, but the overall quality of the food and building have gone down.

Went here and ate. They have one price for their lunch and a different price for dinner. I would be ok with with that except they charge more for dinner and less for lunch. The food tonight at dinner was horrible. It was old, had sat out too long and the sushi fell apart. I am an Executive Chef and could tell right away the door had been out too long. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I got a plate and sat down. When I started eating the coconut shrimp I noticed that the shrimp had been somewhat Deveinedbut still had fecal matter left inside. I complained and was told “I’m sorry, I hope your next visit is better”. I said I was not going to pay because I had only eaten a few bites off my plate and also the person that was there with me had only a few bites. I was told that if I didn’t pay that they would call the police. So instead I decided not to make a scene. I payed the bill but I will make it my mission to cause this place to lose as much business as possible. I know that they have lost my business. I often have to entertain other due to my job and often brought guests here. That will never happen again. I know that there are times that service may not be up to par but at these times you should not expect your customer to pay full price. I certainly didn’t getFull service. I don’t just sit around making complaints about companies but I will when I feel that a situation merits it and this situation definitely does merit.

Had lunch there today, the buffet was well stocked, lots of fresh hot and cold options to choose from,I tried getting a little bit of everything that I liked and was so full before I even tried half the options available to me. The veggies were delicious and the meat was so tender and juicy (I had some pork, beef, chicken, shrimp and imitation crab) all of it was so good, I will definitely be going back.Kid-friendliness: Tables and booths available and kid friendly atmosphere.

I found a hair in my food that was neither mine more my husbands and I took it to someone not sure if they were the owners or not but all I was told word for word was “get another plate” as he took mine away and proceeded to come explain “it couldn’t have been their workers that peoples hair can fall into the food with it being a buffet and there’s nothing they can really do about it if you really have a problem with it there’s nothing we could do” we didnt receive any form of compensation or anything it’s a little unsettling and sad to see one of my favorite places is turning into “one of those” restaurants
