Order a pizza at 3:45 pm on aug 19 and was told it would be 45 minutes to and hour for delivery called at an hour and 10 minutes later and was told it was on the way and should be here any seconds called again at an hour and 27 minutes and was put on hold received pizza at 1 hour and 30 minutes center of pizza was not done , very did pleased with service and quality

Never again…I ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and did not get that. They’re stingy with the toppings I didn’t even notice the bacon or the chicken and not enough sauce. Also I received about 6 slices of jalapeños and asked to have the pizza well done but no.. nothing was right. This was the worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. If I could rate it no stars I would.

I customized mines by adding my favorite toppings beef, jalapeno peppers, 3 cheese blend and Honey Chipotle wings with ranch dressing

I've had problems with them cooking the food all the way not refunding me bc they never showed instead they closed. And now there becoming really slow delivery time between a hour to a hour and 30ty minutes when u live six minutes away and it only takes 30ty minutes to cook the pizza u guys must not have prepped well this morning get it together. And the last time I was okay and u guys delived my food two hours late u gave me cold pizza so a hour to a hour and thirty minutes is not okay to be delivering food to a customer for u guys bc obviously ur not working hard enough, should take pride in urselfs and what u do if it gonna do it u might as well aim to do it the right way.

I was rather impressed with the speed of our order as it only took 10 minutes VS the 34 minutes expected. Staff were professional and helpful. Pizza was great. I'm giving 4 stars because only 1 of the two kiasks was able to pay out cash orders, while it took 10 minutes for this phone order to go through and their card was declined 3 times. That's not the staffs fault and they were apologetic. Fix that and everything else is perfect.Parking: Full free access parking lot.

The young man that answered the phone was very rude! I was literally on hold for 12 minutes then another young man got on the phone and told me to hold again! I tried to speak to him but he quickly hung up the phone! About 8 more minutes someone finally asked to take my order. I asked if they always put people on hold for that long and he said that they were very busy! So I asked for a manager and he said that they didn't have one on duty but if I wanted to report him then he would see if I he could get ahold of someone! So i placed my order and said it would be about 20 minutes. When I arrived they were not busy 2 guys were just standing around talking and 1 guy was making a pizza! I gave them my name and was told that it was still going to be another 25 minutes! Very slow and very poor customer service!

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. We ordered 2 pizzas (1 small, 1 large) and waited for over 2 hours and our order never showed up. Called the store multiple times and they said the order was on the way and that they were having car issues. We asked about a possible discount, and their response was "oh, so you just want to cancel the order?". They marked my order as delivered and never showed up to our house. Extremely upset with the lack of communication and handling of the order over all.

I have had NOTHING but problems out of this store. Seeing that I spend a lot of money here I'm ready to air it out. Twice orders have been wrong through delivery so I started ordering carryout well last night was the last straw. My husband went to get my order for me first they wouldn't take his $50 dollar bill okay fine we got change then when we got back with the change they would only give him part of my order and tried to charge him more. For the rest. I had ordered 4 two liters and they claimed I only ordered 3 well I've got the proof I ordered 4! So at this point this store has shorted me two drinks and a brownie that I have paid for mind you this is between a three order time span. When I call the store to have them rectify the situation they are rude to me. Please help corporate!!!!

Closed 15 minutes early because it would be after closing when delivered offered to pick up and said they were making no more orders tonight. So we were not able to order anything. He said if I called corporate he would say it was an employee safety issue. I offered to pick the order up.
