I arrived as they opened so of course the food was fresh and hot not to mention it tasted great. How ever the manager has to be one of the rudest people I've come in a long time. Please if you are at the establishment avoid the drive thru.

KING OF TRUCKS
Very busy restaurant; reminds me of the Netflix movie, ( They cloned Tyrone ) you will have to watch the movie to understand. But over all I like the service & chicken… however this location don’t have the dirty rice; but I have traveled to the one downtown Little Rock on Broadway, they have dirty rice. Only downfall I have to mention about this location is pulling out the drive thru at night, the point of sight is blinded by the Kum N Go sign you can’t see anything coming from the stop light. But that’s on Kum N Go; but Popeyes was there 1st.

Food is pretty standard Popeyes food, which I like. Service is lacking. If they mess up your order, they won't refund your card over the phone or give you credit for next time. They'll expect you to leave the house and drive back up there the same day to get the items they forgot, or just eat the cost.My order today was $76, so I didn't want to hold up the line for 10 minutes while I verified everything in my bag, but apparently I should have done that.

Popeyes # 10654 Order 50 - Drive Thru. I ordered 6p Garlic Parmesan wings. The wings were old!!! The white meat and the bones on the drumettes were old!!! It’s like the wings had been sitting there all day long and they just poured the garlic parm on top of stale wings! Horrible!! Whoever fixed the order, should be Fired! I’m writing this review because, I don’t wish this to happen to anyone else at your establishment.

My daughter ordered 3 piece meal w/ 3 legs. They said it would take 7 min. For the legs. By the time we sat at our table they called out # we picked up our food and sat down and she had 1leg. When I said something about it they were rude. While we were eating 6 people came in from drive thru with wrong orders. Plus the whole dining room was still KY and messy.

So, after 7 years, I stopped here again last week around noon. It was surprisingly good. Hot and fresh. A breast, wing and thigh in each of two three-piece combo dinners. Service was fine. I thought I would give it another try this week in the evening. Jeckel and Hyde. First, two thirds of the sign was out so you don't know the rules unless you use and app? Second, I didn't know about the light/dark option. Ordered two three-piece meals. Got a leg, thigh and wing. all small and seemed like they might have been cooked at noon. I might give them another try in 2030. Miss the old Church's.

Very good customer service!In an age where employees talk amongst themselves and only acknowledge the customer when they damn well please, this Popeye's greets customers as they enter the restaurant.I walked to the counter, and the young lady stopped what she was already doing to attend to me.Thank you to the crew and management!
