“We had a nice time at this cute little restaurant. Got there in the 11 o'clock hour and we didn't have to wait to be seated on a Saturday. But by noon there was a line waiting. It did take a little longer than I expected to get our food. If I came here starving I'd probably be hangry by the time it came out. We had the fried pickles, shrimp and grits, chicken tenders and the club. Everything was tasty and we left satisfied.“

“I was observing the crew that works here at Chef Candace and they have a really great working relationship, everybody is busy, the kitchen is spotless, very clean, the food is absolutely fantastic, I got the Mediterranean wrap, and the cream cheese brownie dessert. Been to millions of restaurants in my life time and never have I had such great service not just bringing everything out exactly how you asked but the caring and concern to make sure your stay was the best. “I was surprised that I liked this place this much! I know I know, don't judge a book by its cover but a restaurant designed just around chicken salad?!? How special could it be? Wellllllll... every bite is absolutely delicious. One combo will leave you full filled but not heavy like fried foods. You can get the chicken salad in many flavors on croissants, gourmet sliced bread, or in a scoop by its self. The sides range from fruit salads, green salads, and soup. If you a little skeptical like I was, just try it. You won't be sorry!“
“I can't remember what it was called, but when they put my dinner plate in front of me I was initially disappointed. It was enchaladas with a verse cream sauce. My first bite, instead of getting a bland milky sauce it was delicious. Smooth, spicy and a depth of flavor I haven't experienced in Mexico or Southern California.“
“The salad bar here is AMAZING! One of the few places you can still get a salad bar! I ordered the manager's special which is a half of a sandwich and a side. I upgraded to the salad bar and didn't regret it for a second. The rueben was so big I couldn't get my big mouth around it. The meat was so tender it melted in my mouth. Great place.“

“This is a good restaurant. I would have give it 5 stars, but I used the app for the first time and seen Funnel Cakes and ordered 2 of them for the grandkids. When I got home with order I was disappointed that they were only 3.5 - 4 inches. They appeared much larger in the app. The rest of the food was very good.“
“I’ve been coming to this location since my daughters were in elementary school. They are both now grown now with families. The manager Miss Deb has been there. As long as I can remember. The thing I love about coming in is her. She’s always asked about my daughters, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service for my family when we’re dining in. I was there with my almost 3 yr old niece and the lobby was full of teens roughhousing and cussing each other and nobody said a word, not even the coach with them.Parking: Parking is a nightmare.
