Nothing can describe the disappointment this place is. I place my order for 5 layer burritos. Wraper states they are but they all were just breakfast burritos at 3PM. If i could, I would give a 0 star review.

When I say the worst of the worst grade is served here, it truly is. Everything I ordered, tacos of all flavor, all were uncooked and cold. None of my order was correct. Keep in mind there were a few working tonight.

How TF does Taco Bell run out of tortillas.. HOW!! Its one thing to run out of Baja Blast but tortillas too.. TORTILLAS !! ?. You had one job Taco Bell And you failed horribly.. ONE job to feed my midnight cravings and you failed horribly Smh ! I left with a broken heart and empty stomach ? I would sit here and say.. I'm never coming back BUT KILE .. KILE. W to be exact (at least that's what the receipt said) made me wanna try again. His attitude was IMMACULATE!! PERFECT! The award for best Customer service goes to HIM, type shyt ! ? I applaud him for staying positive in a tragic situation, because running out of Tortillas is tragic and so is dealing with Hangry customers because of it.. Taco Bell! Do better please! Kile deserves a perfect Menu,to match his perfect Attitude. #TeamKile?

Mexican pizza is my all-time favorite, so when it is off, I know. After anticipating that first bite, what a major disappointment!!! It was OLD, OLD, OLD.....The sauce, both crunchy layers......so I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. And while waiting at the drive-thru window, the girl kept it open, so we were able to hear all her personal business. Can't describe the total un-fullfillment. The tacos had very little meat. I feel as though i received NOT freshly prepared food. I would have returned the food had I not been back on the road by the time I began eating my order. Will not be revisiting nor recommending this Taco Bell.

What you order versus what you get is always a gamble.

I didn't expect much and got worse. Don't eat here. Even the nacho chips are rancid. I threw out 2/3 of my order. Never again. Dogs pass it by.

The chicken in the burrito was hard and overcooked, the chips were stale and disgusting, the burritos really just didn't have much in them, and several of the drinks were out:(.. but I will say the girl at the counter was super friendly... But the food was just not good.

Our tortillas were super hard, the tomatoes tasted old and nasty. All the food had a weird taste. Our nacho fries were definitely old.

The most well mannered staff I have seen in years, the food felt a little light, but their service with a smile will keep me coming back.

This location gave a teaspoon of meat and a tiny bit of sour cream on supreme. Seems to be an ongoing issue, too. Not coming back to this one, khiel never skimps or messes up my order.

Last night, three tacos and a Mexican pizza caused me the worst food poising I’ve had in years. I had to go through the drive thru twice to get my order right. I should’ve taken that as a sign. Take this as your sign. Don’t do that to yourself.

They didn't give me all of my order which is an occurring problem at this location

Yesterday I went to get some lunch before my shift started for work. I got two bean burritos with no onions, and went to work. When I ordered, everyone was very dismissive and seemed like I was inconvieniencing them, despite the fact that there were three people just idly standing by the drivethrough window. I had to turn back around because as soon as I took a bite, I realized there were next to no beans, but an overwhelming amount of onions. While nobody was explicitly rude, my patronage felt undesired and business felt wholly unwelcoming.
