I cannot speak much on the day staff, but night staff is always snippy and rude. They also get visibly mad if you ask for anything extra (such as napkins)

I normally don't do bad reviews but this calls for one. The service was great and the employees were nice. I went through the drive thru and I ordered a supergreen salad and kale apple slaw on the side. I ate some of the slaw as I started driving off...it tasted funny. I figured maybe my taste buds were off, however I went to take a second bite and looked down and noticed mold. No wonder it had a funny taste and the apples were brown. I immediately turned around and took it back and made them aware of the mold. They offered to replace the side...I got chips because at that point my trust is gone. Clearly they DO NOT make their food fresh nor do they do food inspections, other wise mold would not have been present and the apples would not have been brown!!! I kept the salad because I figured it would be fine. I ended up throwing the salad away because I was so disgusted and my stomach turning as I kept thinking about the molded kale apple slaw, so much that i didn't even trust the freshness or cleanliness of the salad so that was a waste of $11.47. Things like that can make people sick. After a certain amount of time food is supposed to be disposed of to avoid things like this. This is very careless.
