I love chipotle, but after this visit I’m giving it a major downvote! Their food is still amazing but the service at this location in Jonesboro was absolutely ridiculous. The 2 women that checked me out were so rude and acted like I was stupid and were completely disrespectful! I hope chipotle rehires because this makes me not want to go back.
Way too expensive for the small amount of meat they give you, and the place was one of the dirtiest I have been in. It was after a lunch rush, but jeez. Not one table was clean, and the food prep area needed a wiping down badly.

Just went today for the 1st time.the food is very good i had the steak bowl , and it's fresh and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was laid back, the staff were friendly and smiled. Customer service does matter,employees do matter.and this Chipotle had all the things that make a lunch enjoyable, will definitely return.

Don't waste your money here. Our steak had gristle throughout, the rice was hard. The service was mediocre at beat and the restaurant was filthy. Employees standing around on their phones while the tables were dirty and water all over the floor. We will not be going there again.
