The place was just filthy! The restroom faucet in the Mens room was broken. They had smelly mop water by the kids game room area. The drink area needed to be cleaned because flies was all around it. Just horrible. Store #74 Seq #112 ID 22210 time on receipt is 7:05 PM

I had to go in the back for a delivery and saw mold on the dishes and standing brown water on the ground. worked in my fair share of restaurants and this was by far the most atrocious place I have ever stepped foot in. pitiful

Cici of Jonesboro is awful me and my family went in and it was gross the pizza was not good undercooked some of it and there was no ice we was not told in advance I try not to complain about fast food places but it was not busy the manager stayed on her phone the whole time we was there it was awful won’t be back.

Just went to Cicis to place an order after calling for 20 minutes. When I got there at 8:30pm they came to the locked door and told me they were going to start closing at 9. I said okay I would like to order a pizza and the manger told me no they had already turned off the ovens. The hours posted on the door say 11-10. I'm not sure what's going on here but this is no way to run a business. I'm sure the owner would not like to know this is going on.

11:30 and not remotely busy. Very small selection on the buffet and was all either old or fresh and undercooked. Went though about 25 forks to find one that was clean and didn't have food all stuck from poor washing. 2adult and 2 children was $26 the young man added a military discount and the total was $39. Manager took care of the issue that I was charged for 3 adult and 3 children. I asked the young man why it added nearly $10 he said it took $1 something off. Luckily he gave me.the receipt and I immediately saw the overcharge of $10.10. Restaurant filthier than the silverware. Floors sticky from spills from who knows when. No hot water at all in the bathrooms. There was hair on a fresh pizza they just took out of the oven luckily I saw and didn't put in my mouth. This is the dirtiest and nastiest Cicis I've ever been to. Bathrooms are no better than a porta potty after a week of use and no cleaning. We will never come back to this location. Hopefully the health department does a surprise inspection and shuts the place down

So first off used the 3.99 buffet coupon and still paid 9 dollars. The floors were almost painted black with the greased mop water. It smelled like sewage in cicis. It smelled horrible. There were about 5 families in there with no food up so I went to the front to talk to one of the employees about that. She looks and sees theres no food and starts cooking. Why did she use her bare unwashed hands to pushed the pizzas off the oven trays. Mind you, she was just touching all over the cash registers which are completely filthy. Also, one of the desert pizza had chemicals on it. You could litterally taste the chemicals. I went back to the front and told the employee about it. She didn't seem to believe me at first so I said "try a piece the chemicals are so strong you can easily taste them" then she took the pizza to the back.This place badly needs new management or simply shut down. The staff couldn't care less about the condition of this place. Theres no way this place would've passed a health inspection that day. What makes this all so much worse is the fact that I didn't exaggerate at all. My stomach has been hurting since I left here and it's been days.

The food was decent for the price, a little more greasy than some places. The cooks were keeping up with how busy the dinner rush was and keeping the buffet stocked. I am not docking any stars based off the actual food.Several of the plates on the clean stack were not completely clean. They had spots of food on them. The first glass my son was handed wasn't clean either.The bathrooms, however, were disgusting. There was a greasy smear all over the floor and counters as if it was cleaned with greasy water.

We came to cici pizza at 850 pm and the door and the website advertised they close at 10:00pm. The manager came to the door and was extremely rude and stated that she was to busy to talk to us and walked off. 100% do not recommend this place

The pizza and cinnamon rolls were great, but what really took the experience over the top for us was Annabelle, who was just fantastic and took excellent care of us. We'll absolutely be back as a result.

Kids love it . Bc of the mini game room if ya call it that .but the poor girl doing everything by her self. No one else was there except the bust boy . Everyone must been eather on break or whatever. But ain't what it use to be for sure. Still it's pizza.
