From my personal experience. I have always had great luck with domino's! I customize my pizza and think the fact I can really helps them stand out! For me I work EMS 48 hours at a time. Sometimes we can't get a hot meal. Even cold the pizza is good! Typically I get a large hand tossed with Alfredo or garlic sauce with chicken, ham, pineapple, and some of the other cheese they offer. My kids really enjoy this pizza as well. They really enjoy getting to be able to look over the counter and see things getting made! I highly suggest domino's especially the customize options and coupons in the app!

Placed an order for delivery and immediately called to add items. Was told I could come pick up my pizza if I wanted it that bad by manager. Will be filing corporate

Terrible management, and after telling the staff that my pizza was over cooked and nasty. One manager asked for me to bring it back for a remake, and another manager was uncompromising to our need and unsatisfaction. She took the pizza and threw it away and said it was made to standard when it wasn't. She also asked for my receipt, after I told her that everything was on my phone from the order to the 2 prior phone calls to the store. I also paid for extra chicken which I didn't get at all. I lost my money and pizza fucking with this lady. Plus I'm criminally Banded because of bad customer service skills. We order here atleast once a week and have for a long time. The last several times have been a disappointment. Tonight’s order was overcooked and hard. Ordered hand tossed which is now more like thin crust. Very little cheese on the pizza. Parmasean bites and cinnamon twists also hard and overcooked. The best part about this meal was the cold 2 liter Mr Pibb ?

The single worst pizza location in Jonesboro for order accuracy. These people couldn't read a ticket if it hit them in the face. I have never been here without at least one part of my order made incorrectly or just missing altogether. Order from the Johnson location. They have functional eyes.
Ordered online and they took payment and said 45 minute wait then called a few minutes later and said they were too busy to fill the order at all???? Then said it would take two days to refund money????? I’ve never heard of such practices. The owner needs to know they have horrible managers and very rude. Manager hung up on me!!!! This was at 5:00 Sunday!

Got pizzas last night the two young men that helped me reminded me of how customer service use to be.They help me with getting pizzas just the way I wanted them.Were very kind and didn't act like I was bothering them.They also knew how to count back change.I would like to thank them for doing their job to where it makes customer happy.I hope the manager appreciates these young men to keep them employed if do they will be getting lots of business from me.I will be calling to inform manager how luck Dominos is to have them.Thanks so much

The pizza was supposed to have homemade pan, but ended up being really thin. Also didn’t bring the right dipping sauce. Just disappointing.
