I got my meals to go but the atmosphere felt pretty relaxed. The food was so good, like home cooking at its best. We had pot roast and chicken fried chicken. Bith good and the sides as well. And really great deal with a drink for 10$Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for walkers and wheelchairs.

Today was our first time in. We wanted a plate lunch, ended up with Friday fish platter. It was hot and delicious. Crispy and seasoned just right. We had leftovers to bring home. Decor isn't new, however I don't come in for decor, I came to eat this wonderful meal. I always try to eat at locally owned restaurants, this was a hit.

I used to love the food here but went today and it was awful. I got cabbage, it was so greasy I couldn't eat it. Salisbury steak was just hamburger patties covered with brown gravy (no peppers or onions)...Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetable options

My husband and I stopped in this place for lunch it was our first visit. We made a great choice! I had the salisbury steak and gravy over mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, brown beans and cornbread! What can I say except it was all so good! The meat was soft and tender with onions and peppers all through it! The Mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy, melted in my mouth. The brown beans were so delicious with enough juice to add some of that yummy slightly sweet cornbread to them! My husband chose a double cheeseburger and fries… when it arrived to the table we were both in awe of it! It was huge! Two fresh patties ( not frozen ) with gooey cheese covering them and so much toppings.. he asked for everything and that is what he got… lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, mustard and ketchup!!! It was so fresh and juicy! He bit into it and those juices just flowed! The fries were hot and crunchy but still soft on the inside! So good!!! I wanted to take a picture of it to post but it was gone before I knew it! Haha! We ended the meal with a shared banana pudding that was rich and creamy and filled with that luscious banana flavor! All and all it was really amazing! The food is great, the place is clean, the folks are so nice and welcoming! My husband said “ I think I found my new favorite place “ for him that was a lot … We had all this food for just over 22.00 ! You can’t beat that!! So give them a try.. you won’t be disappointed at all!

Starting with my food... the hamburger steak was amazing, there was peppers and onions and gravy.. the little bits that managed to make its way into the gravy had so much flavor that you didn't want to loose them, the mashed potatoes were creamy and smooth... the brown beans were hearty and juicy enough to add that wonderful, slightly sweet cornbread. Plus I wanted to save some space to share a banana pudding with the hubby. Next there was his burger. It was huge, he had them put everything on it and when it came out we were both in awe of it. There were two cheesy gooey patties, loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mustard, ketchup, anything that you wanted was on that burger. Once he bit into it, you could see all the juices that were there. It wasn't overcook. It wasn't undercooked. It was just made perfect. The bun was toasted and that just added to the flavor. He also got an order of fries with it and they were cooked perfectly crunchy on the outside creamy on the inside. Just really good fries. So you can say that we were both very happy with our choices. Then we got the banana pudding to round out the meal and it was really good. It was smooth and creamy and the banana flavor was there. The cookies were there it was just really really good. And we got all of this for just a little over $22. My husband even went as far to say that he thought he had found his new favorite place and would really enjoy going back next week! And that's a lot coming from him. So I say that everyone needs to give this place a try. Tinside is clean there's napkins on the table the tablecloth on the table it's just really a friendly place to visit. The staff were friendly and they talk to you like they have known you. You really know that you are welcome here. so if you're up in the air about looking for a place to have a really good home cooked meal, give this place a try.

It is true home cooked food and you get large portions . Examples: meatloaf, turnip greens, cornbread... the restaurant is in an older building but it's clean and the staff is friendly.

The food was good, I had fish and fries. However, I am a big fries fan and I wasn't crazy about these. My husband had meatloaf and was pleased. The only thing was his fried okra was not hot. Overall, good food for the price.
